A really good moment ! - It was a magical trip. The hiking wasn’t really hard, u can take ur time if you haven’t physical condition. Our guide was so kind, my girlfriend is as magic and he took the time to let her make break. Thanks also to our driver, who was really very friendly, and who taught us lots of things about Bali.

WAS AWESOME!!! - We were a bit nervous getting picked up so early and hiking up the volcano in the dark but everything went so smoothly!! We got picked up by Arya who took us to the volcano. He was super sweet and helpful, definitely a huge part of what made the experience so great!! He also took us to the hot springs and a coffee beans farm which was super cool (those two events after the hike). Then we went on our hike with Konyes. We couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide. He was lovely to converse with and took AMAZING photos! The sunrise was just as amazing as pictured and I would 1000% recommend this hike!!!

Mt Batur Sunrise Trek package - We booked the Mt. Batur Subrise trek package and we were treated very well! Along with the trek the package included entry to hot spring which was very relaxing. Our driver Yudi, was very accommodating and also took us to ubud to a great place for lunch and the Bali swing based on our request. Would definitely recommend this tour company and we will book them again for sure.

Do this! Highly recommend this tour ⭐️ - Surya was an incredible host and driver. Kind and really took care of us. Ask for him! As far as the hike, it was difficult but so worth it! You will not regret it… That view 😍 The guides are amazing. Afterward, the hot springs soothed our achy muscles and get ready for the coffee tasting! Everything was delicious.

Great experience with sunrise trekking in May - I did the sunrise trek on May 18th and got lucky with perfect weather for a stunning sunrise. The few clouds on the horizon made the sky more dramatic in my view. My great driver, Mangku, picked me up at my hotel in Ubud at 2:30am and drove me to meet my trekking guide at the base of Mt Batur. At the trekking base, there are nice restrooms and a chance for a hot Balinese coffee, hot tea or hot chocolate before setting out to hike. I had my own headlamp and my guide privded a trekking pole (which was helpful and gave me extra balance for the steep sections). My trekking guide (who I had all to myself) carried my water for me & was very helpful during the trek. He stopped frequently to check on me and asked if his pace was OK for me, and he brought us to a section of the summit that was less crowded for the sunrise, which I appreciated. Back at the tracking base after the hike my driver escorted me to the Hot Springs on Lake Batur, and then to Nungnung Falls for me to walk down the stairs and go for a dip. The driver was very patient and gave me as much time as I wanted at the Hot Springs and the falls. I am very happy I did this track and would recommend it!

Breathtaking Experience viewing the Sunrise at Mount Batur - The whole trip was literally amazing. We booked pretty late as the tour started 2:15 am in Batu at our hotel (pick up) but there was no problem with the communication at all. Our driver arrived ahead of time and was super polite answering any questions and brought us to the places safely. We arrived at the camp and got a Guide and he was literally the friendliest guide, he guided my girlfriend and me and also assisted two more people that had a hard time with the pace of another group. He helped with pictures, prepared great breakfast and was already there answering questions or only for a nice chat. We wish him all the best and highly recommend this activity! Apart from that the weather and view were amazing, sunscreen and long pants are recommended. It can get cold up there. For some extra money you can rent good jackets and a blanket. Great experience, we highly recommend booking :)

The sunrise of your life - Our driver Putu, was excellent. He arrived on time and we had a comfortable ride all night and morning. It was a difficult hike up the mountain but well worth the effort. The sunrise and view were amazing. Our guide was very considerate and knew his path well. On the way down I suffered an injury and was surprised there were no first aid facilities at the bottom of the mountain. My husband also fell over despite the fact we were wearing proper hiking boots. Luckily we had our own supply of plasters etc. For those over a certain age, this journey requires more than "moderate fitness" as the blurp suggests. The hot spring facility was overcrowded and very dirty. I would not recommend going there. Overall, we were glad we did it though!
