From the time I booked it, Hamzah contacted me and answered all my questions politely and timely. Good way to set your expectations before the trip starts. The tour itself, everything was on time and smooth. Very organize. Car was comfortable. The accomodation provided was really more than what I need. Even the food that's included on the description is well enough. The Main Guide - Nabil, is very professional, reassuring, knowledgeable, friendly and moreover kind. Easy to be with, it's like seeing a cool old friend and you both decided to do a trip together. He will check on you every now and then. He will adjust according to your own phase and comfort. I've learned a lot from you in this trip - Thank you very much brother! 🙂 Our main driver Tomi - you are very helpful and skilled! Some road wasn't easy but you did it smoothly, thank you for driving us safely from start til end of this tour. Also, to our Jeep Driver Mardi and Ijen Local Guide, Dora - you both did great as well. 🙂 So yeah, I'm really glad I made this tour with this team. I felt really safe and at ease the whole trip. More power to all of you and again, Terima kasih 🙏 Tips: Bring a jacket as it could be really cold up there or something you could layered as could also be feeling a little hot while doing the uphill. Have some cash for toilet use. Rest well and have a good sleep before the trip starts. Manage your expectations well. Follow the rules set there, respect the locals and listen to your guide - you won't have any issues for sure. If yes, then you might be just unlucky. 😉

A unique experience! - Our 2-day tour was a unique experience. We were lucky enough to have a wonderful sunrise in Bromo and a great view of the Ijen volcano. The accommodation was also very nice. Our tour guide Laz (Wardi) was truly an angel. He always endeavoured to make our stay as unique as possible, and he succeeded! He also takes great photos. Thanks to the driver, we felt really safe during the whole trip. The only criticism would be that Laz was unfortunately not allowed to go up Mount Ijen with us and the our guide was not quite as useful there.

Enjoyed our tour immensely! - I booked a Bromo and Ijen tour with Cheapbromo and it was a great 2 days with El our guide. He’s very fluent in English and knowledgable about the Javanese culture and region. I’ve been to Indonesia multiple times but it was really great learning more about it from him. Our driver Izzat was also instrumental in providing us with a comfortable and safe ride - the time on the road can be quite long but I always felt safe at the back of the car. Will recommend going for this company if interested in doing a similar tour! It’s very well organised and I like that we were well informed about what we were going to do next.

Very comfortable and interesting experience - It was an enjoyable trip. Our tour guide Ikhsen is a great guide. He is very fluent in English and been patient and considerate. He walked with us all the way and was always puncture at all points of meeting. The accompany driver is also another pleasant staff who drives well.

The best experience in Java with the best company, guide and driver! - I had the most amazing guided tour in Java! I did a 3 days/ 2nights tour including Bromo sunrise and climbing, and Madakaripura and Tumpak waterfalls. Since the beginning, helping me planning my tour, giving information, updating me, adapting to me needs, Bromo Cheap is the best! Both my guide Rico and my driver Wahyu were incredible: very nice and helpful with everything, as well very professional! The locations we visited were all worthy!
