Great service - Ronaldo was timely and accommodating. Very good service. Highly recommend. Appreciated that pick up was at the airport and direct to my hotel so no guess work after a long day of travel. Wifi and AC available as well as a pit stop for restroom along the trip.

Going to LA fortuna - Driver was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I felt safe and would definitely recommend Volcano travel to anyone looking.

No Stress Shuttle - Communication prior to pick was helpful especially with navigating potential flight cancellations/delays. They were very accommodating if I was not able to make the pick up time from the airport. The pick-up was smooth at the airport and I was dropped off at my hotel in La Fortuna. I didn't have to deal with renting a car and driving the winding roads! I would recommend the shuttle if you need a ride to La Fortuna from SJO!

Great transfer to La Fortuna - Great transfer from the airport straight to La Fortuna. We even did a short stop to see a sloth! They will transfer you exactly to your hotel/Airbnb. The only thing I would say - I’ve arrived to San Jose at 11am and the transfer was at 2:30pm. It took one hour to go through immigration process and then I exited the airport building to the street (and you are not allowed to go back), so I had to wait for two hours in the humid heat. I would just suggest if you are arriving early just to wait in the airport building with AC and communicate to your driver via WhatsApp

I wd go to iltcostarica.com and much had been flawless on 5 previous trips. - Volcan travels texted to meet in front of a restaurant inside the terminal. They never came there with the name board. Instead the shuttle was circling around expecting us to come outsid. They never said to do that. I was in contestant touch. The shuttle driver was not communicating their back office was and they did a poor job. After half hrs the shuttle driver finally called us and we happened to see the shuttle bus by accident. Almost thought they weren’t coming at all. Bad service to say the least. The ride itself was as expected.
