Meet us at our base at Sólheimajökull Parking Lot. Driving time from Reykjavík is 2.5 hours. Drive along Road 1 on the South Coast, then take a left turn on Road 221. After ca. 5 minute drive, you will reach the starting point.

best kayaks - Kayaking with Fernanda on the glacier lake was unforgettable!
Her knowledge, passion, and care (she took like 100 picture on a request of one of the guest) made the breathtaking scenery even more incredible. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a unique adventure!

Beautiful views and an informative excursion - We had a great time! The glaciers were beautiful, the kayaking was exciting but not strenuous. Geert was knowledgeable, engaging, and had a great sense of humor.

Absolutely recommend - Absolutely amazing experience with my girlfriend. I would recommend this tour for everyone, But especially with our guide Fernanda! She was profesional and beautifully entertaining!

An unforgettable kayaking experience - An amazing experience. All accompanied by an expert like Sebastian Rodriguez who was our Guide.
He was in charge of supporting us all the time from the moment we got in the kayak, let us walk among the icebergs, and give us some important facts about the lagoon, he was very patient with everyone and made sure we were comfortable and safe all the time.

Geert, best of all guides! - We were all so happy with Geert's excellent guiding! His proficiency and knowledge gave everyone great confidence and his humour and lovely disposition kept us smiling and laughing the entire time. We didn't know that we could enjoy a guide so much until we met Geert!

Once in a lifetime experience - Me and my friend went kayaking with our guide Sebastian. The experience was unique, it's a once-in-a-lifetime think which i highly recommend to do. Sebastian was extremely polite and has a great knowledge of the area. He is also very funny and open-minded which makes listening to him a real pleasure. The whole thing was amazing and definitely worth paying for!

Wonderous kayak journey at the glacier! - A beautiful kayak ride in a stunning lagoon. Plus, Fernandes was the perfect guide! She knew all the information about the glacier and tons of great Icelandic tales. Make sure to ask about the Christmas story!
