Exhilarating experience! - So many wonderful sites! Glacial hike is very doable but definitely a workout... I would rate it a moderate activity level. Never thought in my life I would say I traversed a glacier! Philip was our hike leader and he was so gracious for slower movers like me and educated us all on our surroundings. Experience of a lifetime!

Amazing Glacier Tour - Phillip was a wonderful guide on the glacier…very informative, excellent hiker and very kind. Our bus driver John was excellent at keeping us on time and as a teacher by trade provided us with a lot of Icelandic history on our drive

Great Day Trip - We left at 8 from the hotel pickup. Bjorn was the driver and he was very very informative about the region and the sites. We visited several waterfalls and went to Glacier Hike. Glacier guides were Adam and Philipe. They got us fitted and all trip questions answered. We would go again.

Experience of a lifetime - Epic adventure, made unforgettable by Troll and especially Arni our tour guide. We did do other tours while we were in Iceland, with other companies but Arni’s personality made such a difference to the experience and set Troll above the others. The tour bus was great, with all mod cons and the itinerary was good. But the stand out experience for us was the 3 hour Glacier walk. I was quite anxious about it, as when we booked with our hotel they didn’t specify that it was a 3 hour walk, so only found out once we arrived on the bus. I have a lung condition so was anxious about it and did find it quite challenging to be honest. But once I made Arni and Natalia aware they adjusted the pace and plan to accommodate me and were so lovely and supportive. They didn’t make a big deal about it and didn’t make it well know to the others on the tour. I am so thankful to them for supporting me in achieving the glacier walk and enabling me to have this unforgettable experience. Something I will remember for ever! Thank you !

Thank you very much to our guide, Bede, who not only guided us safely, but also created a great atmosphere with lots of interesting information and funny stories. Just magic. Great experience, bad mini-bus - The tour was amazing. It was a rainy day, but the view of the south coast was great. Our bus driver was always very thoughtful and shared a lot of Icelandic folklore and history and gave us tips on how to take advantage of the trip and places we visited. The highest point was the Glacier hike. It was breathtaking. The tour guides were super helpful and professional. The view was superb. It would be a 5 star review (perfect) if not for the mini bus being extremely small. I'm not a big person and I was still very uncomfortable the whole trip. Definitely not enough legroom, and the seats were very small and uncomfortable. Even small airplane seats are more comfortable and with more room. In addition to that, the seats were 2 rows on the left side of the bus and 1 row on the right, and since we were one of the last people being picked up, we had to do the whole trip separated. But overall it was a great experience.

Great, reliable customer service from the guide after having to reschedule due to weather changes - It was a slow start because the guide missed one person and had to go back to get them. But he's informative and found a way to keep us on schedule. The Black Beach was the highlight because the area was deemed in the red zone so you had to be extra careful but it was worth it seeing the ocean in all its might and glory. Then the waterfalls which were okay but they all look the same. Our tour guide was smart, we were already behind schedule so he prioritised the beach and hike so we wouldn't miss them which shows initiative. The hike was great, but intimidating at first, one person wanted to turn back you can't once you begin (this is normal with most hikes) he was an older gentleman so he was out of breath. We convinced him to keep going and it was fine, it's super easy, it just looks spooky at first. It's definitely worth the experience and they will make you feel safe and they provide so the right gear for you which you don't really use anyways. It's just a precaution. Thank you for a great time.
