Highlights

Merida - We will go to the meeting point you have selected to go to the Santa Barbára cenotes.
Santa Barbara Cenotes & Restaurant - When you arrive at the cenotes you will have time to put on your swimsuit so you can swim comfortably. The certified guide will give you the necessary instructions to access each of the cenotes. When you have swum in the 4 cenotes, you will go to change so you can access the restaurant and taste the dish of your choice.

Once ready we will begin the journey to the Magical town of Izamal.

Izamal - We will make a stop in this magical town of Izamal full of culture and a lot of history, you will have time to visit and climb one of the largest temples of the Mayan culture and of all of Mexico, the temple of Kinich Kak mo, when we go down we will go to the convent from San Antonio de Padua where you can take some incredible photos and try some delicious and original marquesitas.
Merida - Once you have finished your tour in Izamal we will begin our trip back to the city of Mérida.

Live an authentically Mexican adventure on this 4-cenote Homún + Pueblo Mágico (Izamal) excursion from Mérida.

You will enter these rock formations sacred to the Mayans and relax in their magical, crystalline waters. We will be the first to arrive at the cenotes, this will allow you to take the best photos. Likewise, you will visit a magical town (Izamal) full of culture and many stories to tell you. At all times the guide will accompany you for any questions or attention you require.

A truly great experience! - My wife and I went with one other couple to 4 Cenotes, it was our first time and it did not disappoint. We had a blast, bring swim shoes and googles. Worth every cent, don't forget to tip your tour guide/driver.

You haven't lived until you've had a cenote experience. - The cenotes of Santa Barbara were simply amazing. Each of the cenotes were different. Cenote #1 was almost entirely domed with little sunlight entering, #2 was an amazing cavern filled with stalagtites, and #4 was the largest fully open to the sky -- looking like a natural lazy river. The guide, Delio, was a big part of our enjoyment. His knowledge and passion for the Mayan culture is obvious and inspiring. What a gentle, kind soul he is, and he's very funny too! We plan on returning to the Yucatan to ride el Tren Maya and visit additional Mayan sites and hope that Delio will be our companion.
