Superb experience at the mountain - That was absolutly fantastic adventure. First was driving with the jeep up the steep hill as far it could be possible to drive and then it was trekking to the top. All done at dark and waited sunrise waching on the walley. So, sooo good!

Worth waking up in the middle of the night! - What an incredible experience on the sunrise jeep tour to Mount Batur with our lovely driver, Puspita. She was not only skilled and knowledgeable, but also made sure we were comfortable when it rained at the start. She even showed us the fascinating black lava fields. The breakfast was simple but delicious, featuring a banana sandwich, a boiled egg, and the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Sunrise - It was fun just going up the mountain in the dark with the jeep. Once we arrive it is very busy because everyone wants to see the beautiful sunrise. Unfortunately, on the day we were there there was a small cloud in front of the rising one. But despite that, it is definitely worth it.

Unforgettable and beatiful - The experience was amazing. The sunrise was surreal. Kadik was early when fetching us. We had a smooth journey to the meeting point. Upon reaching, we was brought up to the sunrise point by Mangku. We got a very good spot nearer to the top. He was so accommodating and also frequently checked whether we are having a good time. We felt very taken care of. We had fun. An experience we will never forget. Thank you guys.

Mont Batur a must in Bali - You have to do it, a top experience. Picked up punctually at 2:00 a.m. at the hotel by our driver “Rani”, a very safe driver who took us about 2 hours to the meeting point of the jeeps. There we were already expected by the next driver “Puspita”. A very tough young mother who also runs an onion farm. She took us a good bit higher up Mount Batur, where we were already expected by her uncle “Nalun”. Nalun is an “old hand” and has been doing this job for 30 years. He knows the best photo points, when to be where at the right time to get the best pictures. He equipped us with a walking stick and headlamp right from the start so we could keep our footing in the dark. Tip: good shoes, long hiking pants and a warm jacket. (It is usually very fresh and windy on Mount Batur). Nalun's courteous manner was really great. As the path was steep and slippery in places, he held out his hand to my wife on the way up and down, which gave her a great feeling of security. This willingness to help was simply fantastic. After the descent, we went with the jeep and Puspita to the lava foothills of Mount Batur, which resembles a lunar landscape. After Puspita brought us back to the starting point, our first driver Rani took us to a coffee plantation with a tasting. We were back at the hotel on time at 12:00, which is not so easy with the traffic during the day in Bali. Many thanks to everyone involved in this unforgettable experience. 🙏 These girls (women) and the uncle place great importance on service. THANK YOU

5 Star Experience - Mt Batur Jeep Trek - We booked the sunrise jeep trek with Kadek. We had a great experience. Kadek was very patient and friendly. He took us on a good tour of Mt Batur. He shared the details, history of the place and many more things. He’s also a great photographer and took beautiful pics for us. I highly recommend him.

A must do in Bali. - A must do when in Bali! The service was exceptional. We were picked up from our hotel bang on 4am and we’re taking to the bottom of the mountain where we switched to the jeep. The jeep ride was fun and we were at sunrise peak shortly after departing. The sunrise was absolutely spectacular. It was busy, but didn’t take away from the view or experience. We had breakfast and coffee and watched the sunrise over the next hour. We were then taken to the volcano rock site where our driver took the best photo of our entire trip! What sets this trip apart is part three of the excursion: the Lake Batur temple. After putting on a sarong, we are taken to the temple. Our guide was so knowledgeable, careful driver and amazing photographer. We would do this again and recommend to others. 5 stars.

Worth getting up early for the experience - Our group really enjoyed this trip. It was a nice alternative to seeing Mount Batur and the sunrise but without having to do the hike (we ended up being sore after a separate trip we did the day before, so this worked out well). The day was a bit cloudy for us, but we felt like the experience and view was still worth it. There was a rather big group of small 4wd vehicles that took the drive and parked in the same area, but the way they have the parking set up, everyone has a great view and your own person photo-op. Happy that we decided to wake up early to do this!
