Arrival Meet and Greet
Upon landing, your personal assistant will meet you at the skywalk and guide you through all formalities, including passing through Customs via the Immigration Lane and navigating the Arrivals Hall.
Departure Meet and Greet
Our friendly hostess will meet and greet you at a pre-arranged location in the Departure Hall, holding a sign with your name. You’ll receive assistance with Check-In and be guided to the Immigration Counter, where a Fast Pass Voucher is included.
