Thrilling jet ski experience!! - It is an approximately a 4 to 5 hour experience in which you jetski between 4 islands. It is totally worth the money as it included hotel transfer and a meal. It was amazing when we were in the middle of the Andaman sea speeding on the jetski. The guide team lead by Nana were friendly, helpful and full of energy. Three cheers to the team !! The team clicked multiple photos and recorded videos which they shared at the end of trip at no extra charge. Tips for the trip. Do not book the photo package which we unfortunately did. They just clicked a few snaps at the first island stop. Carry a waterproof bag with some cash as the toilets, any extra food and drinks are payable. Wear foot covering aqua shoes. Wear well fitting sunglasses. Don't forget the Sunscreen. If you want to click pictures carry your mobile phone in a waterproof case that you can hang around your neck. Do try it and enjoy the jetski thrill!!

Extremely Unreasonable Service - Overall an extremely traumatic experience booking through this tour agency. Do not book this tour through Viator or TripAdvisor. We were told that the driver would arrive at our hotel lobby at 12:45pm on the day of the tour but he left at 12:45pm instead. When we tried contacting the tour operator TSAThailand about this he just suggested us to take a private hire car all the way across Phuket to reach the jetty despite a hotel-pickup being included in this tour. And this tour is relatively pricey compared to other Jetski Tours which is why I thought that they would provide exceptional service to their customers. But I was wrong. We found it quite unreasonable to pay extra for a private-hire car to make a trip all the way to the pier just because we were wrongly told about the arrival time of the driver. TSAThailand also mentioned that he would schedule another driver for us but failed to do so. We waited for 2 hours at the lobby in hopes that there would be another driver picking us up but there wasn't any and we decided to request for a refund as the service was not up to expectation and even if we paid extra to take a private-hire to the pier, it would be too late as the tour would have already started. They failed to provide us accurate information about the pick-up time and failed to follow up with another alternative for their customers. After multiple back and forths, TSAThailand promised that we would get back our refund within 1-2 business days. But at the time of writing, it has been 4 business days and my money is still not refunded. I have tried contacting the tour agency again but I was just ignored when I question them about the refund status. Now they are simply uncontactable. When I contacted Viator, they dismissed my case without following it up with additional information, saying that the refund is not possible. I am deeply disappointed and traumatised by this experience from both ends who are unwilling to reply and provide any form of compensation for this. Do not book from this tour, there are multiple other Jetski companies in Phuket that are able to provide way better services for their customers.
