Exceptional day - The staff on board this boat are very helpful The day starts with pickup from motel about 7am , when you get to marina you are offered tea,coffee breakfast Ones on boat you are offered plenty of drinks on way out to islands, which are amazing you get off can swim,snorkel then go to next island where offered lunch and the opportunity to look around island Stop at another island due to national park no swimming, amazing to visit Then trip back to marina over hour Transfer back to hotel about 7pm Long day certainly worth it

Excellent service - was told by the hotel staff that this was the best service to Phi Phi from Phuket and I completely agree. The trip itinerary is excellent, the boat was fantastic and the boat staff led by a Captain Jack ;) was fabulous.

English guide Mr. Habib was an amazing host with his co-workers providing knowledge about the places and helpful to click photos and make videos.

Enjoyable day, fabulous scenery - Enjoyable day trip by speed boat, taking in Khai Iskand, Phi Phi islands and Maya bay. We were collected from our hotel in Patong at the agreed time and brought to the departure point where a light breakfast was available. Details of the tour were explained with warnings provided for people with bad backs etc as they said the wind may make the journey a bit bumpy. The trip was as advertised with some fabulous scenery, plenty of opportunities for snorkelling and swimming and there was lots of water and soft drinks provided throughout the day. Only negatives / suggestions for improvement was that the boat was a bit crowded and having even 5 or 6 less people onboard would make it more comfortable for everyone. The buffet lunch on Phi Phi Don was disappointing and of poor quality by comparison with other similar trips /excursions where food was provided. Overall, though, it was an enjoyable day and I would recommend it.

Pleasant - Efficient itinerary and management. Staff were friendly and helpful. Stops were at the right areas of the islands. Perhaps to reduce number of participants as boat was too crowded, otherwise, a pleasant experience.

A nice trip but better options available with SeaStar - Transfer is by air conditioned mini bus and took around 10 minutes each way from where we stayed in Ratsada. The boat wasn’t over crowded but seats are benches rather than separate seats. A light breakfast offered on arrival with toast, tea, snacks, etc. The buffet lush of fresh fish, chicken curry, pasta, vegetables, fried chicken and rice was amazing. We had various stops at different islands - mostly crowded and snorkelling spots exceptionally busy especially later in the day. The Blue Lagoon was packed with boats, not leaving much room for swimming and was contaminated with diesel. The tour boat offered paddleboard and kayak which was a bonus to still do an activity but not swim in the water. Maya bay was our last stop late afternoon which wasn’t nice - you are like ants queued to get onto and off the island just to see a small overcrowded beach. Further snacks and hot food options available when you return to the pier before the transfer home. The tour took around 8 hours in total and is pretty laid back so is a good option if you don’t want an overly long or busy day. It was well organised and the staff are helpful. If you like a quieter tour with less hustle and bustle with better snorkelling, I would recommend either Similan or Surin tour (both run by SeaStar also). Although they are longer days and more transfer time, they are much better days out in my opinion.

This tour is totally misrepresented. - The tour is far from premium. You are on the boat more than you are off the boat. Lunch was very ordinary with 3 out of 4 us becoming ill in what I would call like a cafeteria not a restaurant as advertised and where it says you are on Ko Phi Phi Don for 2 hours in actual fact we were there for only 1 hour. There is no swimming at Maya Bay. The tour was plus plus with optional activities. One which we all paid for was to tour around the water on an old junk for sightseeing at Pileh Bay and Loh Samah Bay. Whilst in fact it was only for a photo shoot of yourself and everyone else on the tip of the junk. Monkey Beach was for only 15 mins. Viking Cave was just pointed out. Swimming was limited. We did not receive what we paid for.

#RefundUsAll2024 - If you are looking for a party boat/booze cruise to spend the day soaking up the sun with friends, THIS IS NOT THE BOAT TOUR FOR YOU. This trip was incredibly disappointing and arguably the worst thing we did on our trip to Thailand. On the morning of the trip there were incredibly heavy winds, which in turn caused approximately 8-10ft swells in the ocean. Instead of communicating this risk, the tour chose to continue on despite this weather. The tour also cancelled 4 of the stops due to it being too dangerous, but did not communicate this until we were on board. On the board the boat, which was not the same boat from the brochure, we were piled in over capacity with almost 40 people (with 3 boats total, so about 120 people in the whole group) despite being guaranteed a small party. We were crammed in like sardines with no sort of safety belt. The people around us were vomiting profusely and one customer even had a violent outburst on board due to his frustrations with the danger of the boat. We spent more time traveling on dangerous, nauseating seas than we did getting to experience the beautiful islands off of Thailand. We are in the process of getting a refund due to this experience taking away a day of our vacation and truly felt robbed of the relaxing, special experience we were promised
