Exceeded our expectations. Incredibly organized. - Door to door service (and we were an hour away up in Mai Khao), a welcome breakfast, beautifully organized check in process, attentive tour guides, catered lunch buffet, excellent tour sites, and a departing gift…. all for under $200USD! My partner and I were so impressed. 5 stars!

Exceptional day - The staff on board this boat are very helpful
The day starts with pickup from motel about 7am , when you get to marina you are offered tea,coffee breakfast
Ones on boat you are offered plenty of drinks on way out to islands, which are amazing you get off can swim,snorkel then go to next island where offered lunch and the opportunity to look around island
Stop at another island due to national park no swimming, amazing to visit
Then trip back to marina over hour
Transfer back to hotel about 7pm
Long day certainly worth it

Excellent service - was told by the hotel staff that this was the best service to Phi Phi from Phuket and I completely agree. The trip itinerary is excellent, the boat was fantastic and the boat staff led by a Captain Jack ;) was fabulous.

Trip koh phi phi and islands around - Very nice day spent today with Sea star.
Pick up from our hotel to the Pier de phang nga, some snacks and drinks offered then explanations in English on the progress of the day.
We then boarded a speedboat with 7 crew members all very friendly including 2 guides ,1 for English and the other for Chinese.
All the steps were nice apart from the fact that the time you can spend there is relatively short,more or less 45minutes to 1h for each stop.
Otherwise, nice experience and extreme kindness of the staff on board.
We'll start again.

Enjoyable day, fabulous scenery - Enjoyable day trip by speed boat, taking in Khai Iskand, Phi Phi islands and Maya bay. We were collected from our hotel in Patong at the agreed time and brought to the departure point where a light breakfast was available. Details of the tour were explained with warnings provided for people with bad backs etc as they said the wind may make the journey a bit bumpy. The trip was as advertised with some fabulous scenery, plenty of opportunities for snorkelling and swimming and there was lots of water and soft drinks provided throughout the day. Only negatives / suggestions for improvement was that the boat was a bit crowded and having even 5 or 6 less people onboard would make it more comfortable for everyone. The buffet lunch on Phi Phi Don was disappointing and of poor quality by comparison with other similar trips /excursions where food was provided. Overall, though, it was an enjoyable day and I would recommend it.

Beaches busier than m25 on bank holiday - Cost for 2 people off beach vendor 3300baht
Got picked up 715 was 1015 til was in boat (1hour taxi ride)
NO LIFEJACKETS GIVEN OUT think there were some on board not sure if enough for everybody though
Breakfast very poor 1 table6x3 for 150 people toast jam Luke warm tea (wouldn’t feed my dog it )
But half way though the morning the bought a Tupperware box of JAM sandwiches out!! But after 20/30 people had put there hands in there I didn’t bother 🤣
1st stop had to pay 400baht pp for change into long tail boat (couldn’t get off boat )
2/3 more stops into very busy beaches wouldn’t take this type of trip again very busy lunch was a local all you can eat cafe hygiene very questionable (didn’t have runs afterwards though!) go to a different beach and go with different operator

Beautiful scenery, fantastic crew - Beautiful scenery excellent crew! Captain Jack and Sandy were great, they made sure all guests had the best possible experience. Plenty of food and drinks through the day. The down side is if you don’t like a lot of people everywhere don’t go in high season. So many people it made the experience less than ideal. The snorkelling was so crowded it was difficult to move around. The coral is dead and not many fish compared to other spots we have been. We would have liked more time to walk around Phi Phi Don but with lunch it was very rushed and no time to explore. Again no fault of the crew they went above and beyond . If you are going to do the tour I highly recommend this company

Mixed experience - Good points, with a pleasant welcome but too many people, noise, human pressure from the pier.
We felt a little isolated in the face of the huge groups.
As for the notion of premium, I didn't feel it, same boat as the others, same service for everyone
You hardly see the outside of the boat.
Splendid landscapes, worth seeing all the same.

Thailand Phi Phi Island Experience - The trip itself was enjoyable, Beautiful islands but rushing too much and the end of the day boat was taking it time moving very slow on return.Lack of safety and organizing the tour with stops.
Lack of proper seats, as a result few people were jumping and falling off their chairs.
The boat had 6-8 rows for only 2 people to seat, and the rest had to seat around the boat without having proper coushions or comfortable benches.
The Mr .D or B... Tour guide he was funny and careless at the same time ,one of the engines of the boat stop working and they tried to fix it without evacuating the boat .
While we were sitting on the boat and floating, one of the tour guys took the gas line and started to suck on it with his mouth and at the same time connecting it to the engine while the engine still was running.
We were lucky that didn't have big explosure and fire on the boat.
Needless to say like any other area that you go in Thailand there are massage girls waiting for customers every where, there were also 2 yonge girls trying their best to work with most of the guys on the boat no matter how old they were as a couple or family they had no hesitation with none stop eyeing and smiling ......which that was taking a way the pleasure of being in nature also.( wrong place )but I assume was a right place for them since can meet so many tourist.They seems knowing Mr ... tour guy on the both and talking the same language.
I will never try to go with the tour company again.

#RefundUsAll2024 - If you are looking for a party boat/booze cruise to spend the day soaking up the sun with friends, THIS IS NOT THE BOAT TOUR FOR YOU. This trip was incredibly disappointing and arguably the worst thing we did on our trip to Thailand. On the morning of the trip there were incredibly heavy winds, which in turn caused approximately 8-10ft swells in the ocean. Instead of communicating this risk, the tour chose to continue on despite this weather. The tour also cancelled 4 of the stops due to it being too dangerous, but did not communicate this until we were on board.
On the board the boat, which was not the same boat from the brochure, we were piled in over capacity with almost 40 people (with 3 boats total, so about 120 people in the whole group) despite being guaranteed a small party. We were crammed in like sardines with no sort of safety belt. The people around us were vomiting profusely and one customer even had a violent outburst on board due to his frustrations with the danger of the boat.
We spent more time traveling on dangerous, nauseating seas than we did getting to experience the beautiful islands off of Thailand. We are in the process of getting a refund due to this experience taking away a day of our vacation and truly felt robbed of the relaxing, special experience we were promised
