Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary - Guests will be warmly welcomed and picked up by our driver guide, who will then transfer them to Murchison Falls National Park. Along the way, there will be a stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a nature walk to observe the rare rhinos in their natural habitat.
Masindi - Here, participants will enjoy a guided one-hour rhino tracking walk. After this unique experience, they will proceed to Masindi for lunch at Kabalega Dinners. Post-lunch, the journey continues to Murchison Falls National Park, the largest protected area in Uganda, named after the falls on the Victoria Nile.
Murchison Falls National Park - In the park, visitors will witness the breathtaking Murchison Falls and explore Uganda’s largest national park. The expansive plains are home to lions, giraffes, hartebeests, buffaloes, elephants, and a significant population of hippos and Nile crocodiles.
Game Drive, Boat Cruise, and Top of the Falls
Murchison Falls National Park - An early morning game drive before dawn will allow guests to see predators and early risers. Expect to encounter animals such as jackals, lions, leopards, spotted hyenas, giraffes, antelopes, elephants, buffaloes, Uganda Kob, and many more.
Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
Fort Portal - Upon arrival in Fort Portal, guests will enjoy lunch in the capital of the Tooro kingdom, nestled in the shadow of the legendary Rwenzori Mountains, also known as the Mountains of the Moon.
Chimpanzee Tracking and Queen Elizabeth National Park
Kibale National Park - After breakfast, guests will embark on a morning chimpanzee trek in Kibale National Park.
Queen Elizabeth National Park - Enjoy a traditional meal prepared by a local family in the community. After lunch, guests will transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Game Drive and Boat Cruise
Queen Elizabeth National Park - In the early morning, guests will set out on a game drive to observe early risers and predators returning to their hideouts. Afterward, they will return for breakfast and lunch at the lodge, relaxing until lunch.
Kazinga Channel - In the afternoon, guests will embark on a launch cruise on the Kazinga Channel, renowned for having the highest concentration of hippos in Africa, along with other wildlife such as buffaloes and large crocodiles basking on the shores, as well as 611 bird species.
Transfer Back to Kampala
Mbarara - After breakfast, guests will drive back to Kampala, stopping in Mbarara for a delightful lunch. This pause offers the opportunity to savor local dishes and stretch before continuing the journey.
Entebbe - Finally, the journey concludes in either Kampala or Entebbe, where guests will be dropped off at their hotel or the airport, depending on their travel plans.
