Crystal cafe & gardens- lovely place to spend a few hours - Had a lovely afternoon at the crystal castle and gardens- many beautiful exhibits - the likes of which had not seen anywhere else on my travels. Very tranquil setting and even my teenager found it interesting. Lots of photo opportunities. Nice cafe with friendly staff and tasty food.. Good value for money- nice guide book included in entrance fee.

Superbly orchestrated piece of paradise - The entire place is magical from the friendly lovely staff to the incredible vision of the owners to create such beauty everywhere - to the glorious gardens so striking in their arrangement - to the cafe with it fabulous food - seriously the adaptogenic hit chocolate was the b3st drink ever - to the crystals everywhere along with the magnificent ancient statues. We were there for hours. Did everything. Bought crystals and loved our day. Left deeply grateful and full. Thank you xxx

The crystals are abundant! - So beautifully created, the gardens and walks are peaceful, the crystals are abundant and the views are gorgeous. It's worth a visit, but I wouldn't do it on a really hot day. If you're not vegetarian or can't live without meat, you may not like the food on offer in the cafe. Make sure you take a good look at some of the tables in the cafe and also the basins in the toilets, wow!

A great place to explore - The grounds are beautiful, there were so many different areas and aspects to explore, the crystals were incredible and amazing, the free sound healing in the dome was wonderful. The entry price is a little expensive, I thought, and the food was pricey but comparable to other places in Byron Bay, however the quality was awesome with a spectacular view over the hinterland. The staff at the cafe were extremely helpful and not flustered, even though it was quite busy.

An amazing experience, needs a tweak for marketing of price - Firstly I would like to say that I absolutely loved my time at Crystal Castle and the Shamballa Gardens. As an energy practitioner, yogi and crystal lover to experience, rest and radiate love for the wellbeing of all beings was so wonderful. The gardens are stunning to rest and radiate with the statues of intention and these crystals of wonderment is something I only dreamed of ever touching and communicating with. To know there is a Supta in the Southern Hemisphere with so much prayer for all of humanity and to have been blessed by the Dali Lama invokes such gratefulness and to know there are energy intentions to anchor the highest of Unconditional Love onto this beautiful planet and into humanity and all sentient beings. Thank you for being the caretakers of this beautiful space and place. My concern was the money side of things. When we looked on line on my phone it came up day pass $35 for each person. We had no intention of buying on line so did not continue further into the website for purchasing of tickets. When we arrived it was $49 on the advertising board for an adult. I commented to the lovely girl in the booth that the website needs to be updated to reflect the true cost. She said that the child’s price comes up and the full price is unable to be imbedded within the computer function to come as a first cost. I am a self employed person and have had a website and I know that this is absolutely untrue. It is an adult who drives and a child is there because of the adult. Be honest about the price right from the beginning as I know other people have made a complaint about this too. The people before us also questioned about the price. Please for your staff remedy this so the people you have working for you in the booth have a great experience in their job too. Remedy for all your visitors so there is honesty from the very beginning. Remedy for the locals who two have mentioned they do not take visitors there as the energy has changed and money does hold an energy exchange. We are moving from the time of Pisces to Aquarius and how money has been managed in the passed globally needs to find a new way of expression. I truly hope there can be a compromise for this amazing place to continue to flourish in unconditional love, abundance and be a shining star for the local people to bring all their visitors into Crystal Castle/Shamballa Gardens. For people to experience healing so they too can then inspire others to come to a place of pure Love. Hari Om Tat Sat Maree Strange

Post Traumatic Spend Syndrome - Honestly, what do you get for $49 ($35 for grandchild)??? A walk through the gardens? I can do that at any botanical gardens for free. Yes, they had nice crystals and geodes. The wishing tree was very underwhelming- looked like a bush lime tree with a fence around it to hang your handwritten gift tag. Overall its very nice there, but that entry price is ridiculous !!!! Just do away with the free meditation and yoga and reduce the entry fee so that we can all enjoy it. I am still suffering from post traumatic spend syndrome …..
