Fabulous experience @ Bollywood Film City tour! - Our tour began with the tour leader, Pooja's PM one day in advance, and the punctural pick up by our driver from hotel lobby. It was a fab experience, we got to see many behind the secenes stuff, leant fun facts, and saw three series were shooting on site. It's such a unique abd must try thing!

Fun afternoon - What a great experience- my guide also spent time sharing great information. I was able to see two tv shows in production, had a Bollywood dance wagon and was able to participate and learn and it included recording a song in the sound studio as a keepsake. Great experience! .

Unforgetable experience - Bollywood is something we all heard of but not everybody knows whats behind the courtains. Its somethinh from everything, luxury, chaos, mess but in overaĺ unforgetable experience. If you ever want to see this, book this tour! Insightful Tour - It is quite the cool and interesting experience to see and be on the sets of movies made in Bollywood. Seeing and interacting with the sets was very insightful, and watching a live performance and interacting with the sound studio was a memorable experience. My tour guide, Kavita, did an amazing job and provided a lot of knowledge and know-how of the sets and experience.

Bollywood! - Amazing to see live shooting! The guide was the same as for the Elephanta but was clearly more enthusiastic about the Bollywood tour.

outsiders visiting - Background: 6th time in Mumbai as a family from Switzerland, 4 days in the city, 3 weeks in India, 1/13 tours during this trip Coming from Switzerland we're not that much fan of Bollywood-films, but wanted to get an insight of this large and Mumbai typical industry. The tour itself lasted 2.5 hrs and we did all of what was promised. Our guide Neha Mastud was a friendly person who tried to inflame the spirit of Bollywood in us, explained a lot about the world of illusions and gave many background information. Although we were a bit surprised about the rather small ground of the studio (we've learned that there are some more than 30 in the city and this is one of the bigger ones) we've attended a live recording, saw a couple of set sceneries, sang karaoke in a sound studio, could do a costume dress-up, saw a life dance performance... and Neha did all she could to make this tour a personal one, was interesting in us and our so far Mumbai and India experiments, shared also during the car ride many thoughts and questions and made this tour definitely a thing to remember. The four star rating is due to our own strangeness to the topic. As truly Bollywood-outsiders, some more detailed information (during the doc film in the theatre) would have helped, which tricks are done by which known films (year of film, title and visitors, costs …) And it stays puzzling what happens to the film industry in the last 15 yrs.
