Best tour company in Mumbai! - Neha and Sultan (driver) were amazing!!! The tour was fantastic, we went to all the most important places and we were in control of how much time we wanted to spend in each area. It was the absolute perfect way to get to experience Mumbai with the comfort of having a private driver 🙌🙏

Excellent - The tour stated at the hanging gardens of Mumbai, Our guide was great guy called Aryan, he was very polite and so helpful, he adapted our tour to our needs, A very knowledgeable chap ,who we couldn’t recommend highly enough, Many thanks Aryan for making it such a great experience 👍

A must do! - Super experience, definitely something you should do if you want to see the major sites of Mumbai. Very knowledgeable guide (Shoaib I believe) and never any rush, let us go along at our own pace. Very comfortable car with plenty of water and sweets. A brilliant way to spend half a day.

Informative day in Mumbai - Had an insightful and informative look at Mumbai with Sahill our guide. He is quite knowledgeable and personable. Provided us with a wonderful experience guiding us through Mumbai.

Disappointing - Disappointing and did not receive what we believe we had paid for. Guide could speak little English just the odd word which was difficult to understand. On the occasions we did stop and got out on our own we did our own guide of the attraction. Very poor. Guide drove past each attraction and just told us one word ie. University or police station.

BUYER BEWARE - BAIT AND SWITCH - BAIT AND SWITCH! We booked a private tour with Beautiful Bombay Tours a month before our visit to Bombay. We even confirmed that there would only be us and a tour guide! Two days prior to the tour we received this message: Please try to be as early as possible, also be updated that due to so many travellers on the cruise ship, it is not possible to do the tour individually, so we will make groups to execute the tour. Instead of cancelling at the last minute, we asked that our private tour price be reduced. We received this response: No, the price will be the same the main reason we are converting into a group tour is the limited number of guides available in the city and the price are high for everything due to high demand. We waited over an hour to be put with twelve others who had also booked private tours. None of us were happy. The tour guide only spoke with one couple who was sitting up front. We spent 28 days touring Asia and had many tours and this was by far the worst experience we had. Trip Advisor is good but this tour company BEAUTIFUL BOMBAY TOURS is not a reputable company and will cheat you out of your money. BEWARE!

Do not use this Tour company - Do not use this tour operator, I had booked a private tour for 2 people for sightseeing tour of Mumbai. 2 days before I had an email from tour company to say it was changed to a group tour. On four occasions I emailed the Tour company to say that as I had paid a higher amount for private tour than group tour I asked for the difference between the two prices to be refunded. Their reply was “ we will try our best for you” to all my emails but no confirmation they would refund the money When we arrived to meet there were 3 other couples who had the same experience , booked a private tour but were put into a group
