Eye-opening Dharavi Slum Tour - I had heard a lot about Dharavi Slum and always wanted to visit. After doing extensive research and reading numerous reviews, I decided to book the Slum Tour with Mumbai Tour Vision, which included an expert guide and private transport. Thanks to my guide, Gurmit, who took me on a 90 Minutes walk through the Slum, I got to see three industries: plastic recycling, textile, and the leather market. He also showed me the potter market. Dharavi's population of 1 million people and its annual GDP of 1.5 Billion U.S dollars were astonishing. The people were friendly, and I even tried Indian Chai Tea. I felt safe throughout the tour, and the kids in the Slum were very welcoming. This tour was an eye-opening experience that changed my perspective on slums. Thank you, Guide Gurmit, and the Mumbai Tour Vision Team, for all your efforts. I really enjoyed it.

The Gateway to India - We stayed at Colaba which is near the Gateway to India. Gurmitt picked us up and showed us the famous sites in our neighborhood, like the Taj Mahal Palace and Tower and the Gateway to India. He took us to see the Dharavi Slums, the Dhobi Ghat (open air laundry in India), the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai, the Dabbawala lunch delivery service, the Marina drive or Queen’s Necklace, walked around Landmark Park with the “Iconic Shoe House”, ate the famous snack Vada pav and took the public train. Gurmitt has mastered the art of taking beautiful pictures and videos. I will definitely recommend Gurmitt to all my family and friends when they visit Mumbai.
