A leisurely day that was certainly worth my time - My trip to the Sanjay Gandhi National Park was very enjoyable.
Rahil came personally to pick me up from the hotel and we had plenty of interesting conversations.
Upon arriving at the park, we took an AC bus to the ticket stop for the lion and tiger safari. I was surprised at how developed India has become as the system was very efficient.
You can expect to see monkeys and deer on the route, and beautiful green forest all around you.
It is interesting to see how tribal women have set up stalls in the jungle with refreshments, which for me was truly fascinating. The whole idea of a thriving human settlement in a place with hundreds of carnivorous animals was mind-blowing.
Seeing the lions and tigers through the bus reminded me of Jurassic Park and I conveyed this to him, much to his amusement.
The short climb up to the initial caves is definitely worth it, as the inscriptions and ancient work is so alluring. I would have definitely enjoyed more enthralling commentary on the various facets of ancient life, but the balance between commentary and experience was satisfactory. The guide told me that the climb continues for four hours up and there are over a hundred caves so we focused on the main ones at the bottom and I found this enough for me (a non-specialist).
Afterwards, we had an Indian village food experience at the canteen and this was very memorable.
Much appreciation to Rahil for the hard work and dedication and I look forward to doing more tours with your company.

An extremely memorable experience - This was one of the most memorable tours we have experienced in recent times. The day started with the Sanjay Gandhi National Park, leading on to the historic Kanheri Caves. The care, and attention to the smallest of details by Rahil Khan, who operates this, is mind blowing. From fresh fruits to water to lining up tickets and permissions to walking us through detailed and informed explanations of the two sites made it a very rich experience for us. There are some moments that remain etched in my mind. Like when Rahil Khan offered to click pictures for us as we made our way to the highest levels of the caves. Or the way he offered space in our car arranged by him, to a young army family, so that they could reach their destination on time, showed us what a fine human being Rahil Khan is.
Rahul's knowledge of the Park and the Kanheri caves is extensive. His generosity is amazing.
We look forward to many more experiences with Rahil.

Hidden Gem - World of Bollywood again picked an attraction that I would never have thought about. Rahil Khan is a true tour operator who understands how to look after every single person in the group. This was a hidden gem so thanks again for looking after my son.

A day at Kanheri - It was my second trip with Rahil this week. We started with Sanjay Gandhi National park where we visited two museums and the tiger reserve. We were told it was our lucky day as we sighted quite a few tigers, a lion and a lioness. The nimbu paani, fresh papaya and chana sold by the indigenous tribe folks was delicious. We then proceeded to Kanheri caves. The climb is steep but totally worth it. The caves are historic and fairly well preserved. What was pleasantly surprising was the knowledge of the security guards about the carvings and the age old relics. Rahil was his usual caring self and the perfect attentive host. Yet another memorable experience for me.

Kanheri caves and SGNP park wit safari - Very good trip. Our guide (Shoaib) arrived on time. He handled all tickets and transportation inside the park. He was also an excellent guide for the caves themselves.

Like a local friend showing you around … - Not to missed and a wonderful experience. Had a great day with Kahil who runs the tour company seeing the Kanheri Caves and the Golden Pagoda.
It was more like being with a local friend who just took care of all the logistics so I could just enjoy myself and not worry. It allowed me to be able focus on being there and enjoying the sites. Kahil engaged with not only the vendors bargaining , making deals and getting information but he also talked to other tourists and locals who all brought their experience into the experience. I could never had had this rich of an experience on my own.

Interesting Tour - We had a very interesting tour with Rahil. It was convenient that he picked us up and brought us back to the hotel. It was nice to have someone who could more easily navigate the park entrance entrance fees and expectations and was happy to explain that to us. It is clear he is passionate about nature and animals.

Kanheri caves are amazing, worth the visit - The caves are beautiful but opt for cycle or bicycle, don’t opt for the taxi/vans the drivers try to fleece you and it’s pure waste of money there isn’t constructive or additional information given by these drivers and they charge INR 1300 for a 7 km trip, there is alternative AC bus transport is provided which is much cheaper and better.

Scam - Do not do this - scam. The tour guide was nice, but knew nothing about the caves and lied when I asked him questions. I asked him what language the inscriptions are in and he said it's an ancient language that no one knows! Such an expensive price for a guide who didn't know anything at all.
On top of that, once we were there he told me we needed to hide the fact that he is giving a tour from the guards at the caves.
At the restaurant, he orders bland butter chicken with garlic naan. The restaurant was beautiful, but I don't like unseasoned food and prefer plain bread to garlic naan (I wasn't given a choice with that, it just appeared).
Save your money and pick your own restaurant/food. The caves are easy to get to and if you go alone, you can immerse yourself at your own pace, not feel like you are there against the policies, and not leave with false information. I only learned the truth after I got home and was suspicious that supposed nothing at all was known about the caves
