Transfer from airport to hotel. - The driver was there waiting for us. He took us to the hotel without any issues. The car was very clean.

Worthwhile - The booking for this was easy, the communication was great and the pickup at the airport was quick and seamless. As this was our first trip to Mumbai and we didn't know what to expect, this was very easy. Thank you.

One of the best Driver I have been in Mumbai - It was wonderful ride, Jay Ginnal the Driver has been very kind,polite and very respectful to us. I was new to Mumbai, so Jay was very helpful to us , I have been through many places and I have booked many taxis but this was the best ride and memorable because of Jay Ginnal.

Really disappointing - First poor/disappointing Viator experience. Operator never replied to messages and calls from both Viator and me to confirm details for pick up upon arrival at the airport. Viator rep refused to provide refund even 15 minutes before boarding the flight. Had to cancel without confirmation of refund.

Hopeless. - Very poor experience. Had booked a pre-paid transfer to the airport from the cruise port, selecting luggage of two carryon and two checked bags. Taxi was 30 minutes late, then told us that he only had a small car that couldn’t fit all of our bags. Tried to tell me that checked bags meant the little ones on rollers that you can take on board the plane. His solution was to call for a large vehicle but we’d have to pay another 1000 rupees, in cash, which we didn’t have since our booking was pre-paid. So we caught an Uber instead, no hassles and paid by card through the app. Now waiting on refund from TaxiBazaar.

Get an Uber instead - Did not communicate, did not pick me up. Do not use this service. Get an Uber. Fast and easy. Signs everywhere

DO NOT USE - DRIVER DID NOT ARRIVE - Booked this after seeing many good reviews. Upon arrival at Mumbai airport the driver was nowhere to be seen. I called the number indicated on my booking and the customer service rep was completely unhelpful. Went to P4 in the lift and got an Uber green for almost 25% of the price of the original booking! No need to book a transfer.
