Great experience - We had a great experience, whenever I travel i preferred to go with one-sided taxi, because they offer great car with personal driver, which are professional.

Terrible driver - We have a 3 strikes and you’re out rule! 1. This trip was supposed to include Elephanta Caves. However, they are closed on Monday which Viator should have known since I booked this for a Monday. 2. My driver did not speak English and did not know the itinerary for the day. 3. My driver spent 3 to 4 hours of our time together on the phone with his girlfriend. Now he did not speak English but he knew how to say “ I love you so much!” I had to listen to this all day. I did get to see all the other sites which was nice. The tour coordinator had suggested a couple of replacements but it was clear my driver did not want to go there since he kept saying “hotel?” when I tried to show him the names. I had enough of him by then anyway.
