A great introduction to Mumbai - I went on a tour with Abhishek. He took me to all kind of sights in Mumbai and provided me with very interesting information. Abhishek is very friendly and did his job with charm and a great sense of humour. We also had some delicious streetfood together. Fascinating city, fantastic guide - Our guide Anthony picked us up at the cruise terminal after we had contacted him by phone, so we were able to start the tour straight away despite the chaos at the terminal. Our driver drove us safely through the crazy traffic of Mumbai the whole time without us feeling in danger even once. Anthony was the best guide we have ever had. He planned the tour according to our ideas and the most suitable itinerary. He impressed us not only with his excellent knowledge, but also with his warm manner. He managed to give us an insight into the attitude to life and the way of life of the population. The tour through the slum was very impressive, although we had reservations about seeing the misery of people as a tourist attraction. But it was incredible to see the conditions under which the people live and work hard here, but despite the misery they are so friendly and somehow seem content. The sightseeing tour was also really interesting and we had an excellent meal in an Indian restaurant. A big thank you to Anthony!

Great tour with Mystical and Mukesh - Mukesh was an excellent tour guide and driver. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He has good English and was easy to speak with and happy to answer all of our questions. I would recommend Mystical Mumbai and I would recommend asking for Mukesh.

Mumbai has a lot to offer! - Ghandi museum was very interesting. The largest open air laundry service is really something to witness! The hanging Gardens Park was a nice surprise!

So unprofessional. - I booked for a full day tour but it was carrying out only 4 hours. It was not worth of the money spent. Personally I was dissatisfied with the treatment of this company, better be careful and choosing carefully.
