Mumbai overview - We had a fabulous day with City Scape Mumbai tours (Sharon as our guide and Deepak as our chauffeur), learnt a lot about the slums and this fascinating city.

Wonderful tour of Dharavi and Mumbai city - Our private day tour exceeded our expectations and this was my 2nd visit to Mumbai. Lalchanda picked us up and safely transported us from destination to destination around the city, then dropped us back at our hotel in the afternoon. He was friendly and made sure we were comfortable in his vehicle. Our guide Subhan met us across the railroad tracks from the Dharavi slums. He walked us through both commercial and residential areas of the slums, explaining how people lived, made a living, were educated and thrived in this area. We wanted to make sure we were respectful of the workers and residents of the slums and Subhan mindfully brought us to places where we were welcome. We learned so much during our walkabout and came away with admiration for the residents and their resourcefulness. Subhan even stopped to help us find lozenges at a local pharmacy. He was the best guide and host at the slums and later took us to the city's iconic sights. It was a day well spent!

Wholesome and authentic day in Mumbai with a variety of attractions and super informative guides Sharon and Pranav - We loved every minute of the tour and learned a lot about Mumbai. We started with the gate of India and a visit to the open laundry. Especially the Dharavi visit was very special and authentic with Sharon as she gave us a first hand experience, given she lives in Dharavi. We asked her a lot of questions and she manager to answer all of them. We liked that the tour included driving from and to places with Pranav which gave us the opportunity to take a break in between the different sights. At some point, we needed a longer break and they drove us to a coffee shop so we could get a chai. Thank you very much, Sharon and Pranav for the great day!

City and Slum Tour with private guide and driver - Great tour. Guide Sharon and driver P were great. Good communication, arrived on time, Very informative, very polite, good English spoken and a pleasure to spend time with. Great tour, definitely worth doing.

Fantastic City Tour and Slum Tour - We had a fantastic day with our guide, Sharon, and our driver, Pranav. We did a City Tour seeing all the sights we wanted to and Sharon explained very clearly about each place visited. Pranav was also able to give some information about various sights and events which was useful. We also did a walking tour of the Dharavi Slum with Sharon, who lives there, and she showed us the commercial area, the residential area and the market area. All very interesting and a definite eye opener. This tour was an excellent way to see Mumbai and we would like to express our sincere thanks to both Sharon and Pranav for sharing their city with us. A definite must do tour and a 10/10 score 👍.

A great tour of the city and the slum. - Terrific tour with Subhan and Deepak. Very knowledgeable. Gave us great information. Deepak was a very good driver and got us around carefully and respectfully. Our tour guide- Subhan comes from the area and gave us an in depth tour of the city and the slum. I recommend them both to anybody interested in knowing more about Mumbai.

City & Slum Trip with Sharon - It was a very great tour. Sharon explained a lot to us and showed us a lot. The tour through the city and the slums was really great, would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent tour with a fabulous, lovely tour guide and super safe driver - We booked a Mumbai City Tour through Get Your Guide which included a slum tour to Dharavi Slums (hate using the word slums). We were collected from our hotel at 9am by Sharon Dsouza and the driver on 10th Feb. The whole tour lasted around 6:45 minutes and included various stops within the city, to mention a few we went to Dohbi Ghat, Gateway of India, Crawford Market (you do see pedigree domestic pets for sale such as kittens and puppy’s- I wasn’t a fan of this), Mani Bahvan (Gandhis home) and so many more- the city tour took around 3.5 hours with short stops at each location. The short stops worked as you didn’t need much at most other than a check photo op. Sharon gave us full detail at each sight and took our photo. We then went to Dharavi which was an amazing tour, it feels a little awkward to say you enjoyed touring somewhere where people are living in such poverty. Sharon lives in Dahravi and gave an excellent tour, it was just incredible to see how sustainable the community is (a community of 1 million people). It’s one of those things that you need to see to believe. Sharon speaks absolutely amazing English…..which she learned via You Tube in 2 months….which I am massively in awe of! You get complimentary water as part of the tour, a lovely taxi driver and a nice spacious, air conditioned vehicle. If it’s your first time in a major city like Mumbai or any Indian city, please just be prepared for certain things that might make you feel uncomfortable with regard to humans and animals. Locals aren’t cruel, but it’s dog, eat dog in certain areas. Pet lovers might find it upsetting (general city visiting and tours). It would have been great to have the option to purchase food during the tour as we had breakfast at 8am and didn’t eat again until 7pm, not a major thing. The slum tour is 2 hours and it’s very hot. I recommend suncream, hat, water and sunglasses. Sharon and the driver made our experience fabulous and I would highly recommend booking with them.

Full day Mumbai tour - A very enjoyable full day tour of the main sights of Mumbai with guide Subhan and driver Dipak who were both extremely knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining.
