Whether you’re craving something flavorsome or seeking an excuse to let go of your diet and truly savor some food, this is where you need to be! The tour walks you through the historical influences various communities and their culinary practices have had on Mumbai’s food scene, particularly its street cuisine.

Delicious Food Tour of Mumbai! - Before you go on a food tour around Mumbai, enjoy a good breakfast, then don’t eat again until the tour! We had lunch and were unable to do justice to the food that we sampled! Our guide Nasreen took us on a fabulous food tour during which we sampled “puri” which are fried bread that puff up and are eaten with dips. We tried “vada pav” which are a type of potato dumpling in a bread bun, we went to an Irani restaurant to try an eggy dish, then a cheese “dosa” which is a thin savoury crepe that can be served with a variety of fillings and then we finished with some very delicious “kulfi” - a frozen dessert. We did see some other foods on our travels, but were just too full to eat any more! A delicious tour of Mumbai.

Sublime - Absolutely amazing. I’m a huge foodie and this evening tour surpassed my expectations. Vibrant, exciting street food vendors, cafes and restaurants highlighting the diversity of food available in the city. Nammy was an excellent tour guide. Very helpful having a taxi to take us between eating places (around 10) as very difficult to walk by the mid-way point! Highly recommended.

Fantastic Street Food Tour with Ankit and Batul! - We had an incredible experience exploring Mumbai’s vibrant street food scene with Ankit and Batul! From the moment we started, their deep knowledge of local flavors, history, and hidden gems made the tour truly special.
Every stop was carefully selected, offering a perfect mix of classic favorites and lesser-known delights. We savored crispy vada pav, flavorful pav bhaji, and melt-in-your-mouth kebabs, all while learning fascinating stories behind each dish. They also made sure everything was hygienic and safe, which was a big plus!
Beyond the food, Ankit and Batul’s warm hospitality and passion for Mumbai’s culture made the tour feel like an adventure with friends. Whether you’re a foodie or just looking for a unique way to experience the city, this tour is a must. Highly recommended!

Bring your appetite! - Show up hungry for this tasting tour! So many great flavors, and authentic food. See where locals eat and get a true taste of Mumbai. This was my 2nd tour with Heer, & 3rd with Leave No Footprints and I highly recommend both for professionalism, knowledge, and fun!

Street food tour with the wonderful Mitali! - This street food tour was epic. We were a little apprehensive about it, as we had preconceptions about eating street food (wrongly so) The wonderful Mitali guided us around to try 8 different local dishes, all the venues were handpicked for cleanliness, but that didn’t take away any authenticity. We ate in little cafes and on the streets with the locals. We loved everything we tried, but if we were forced to pick a favourite (or 2) then the Bombay Vada Paav and the paani puri would pip it to the post. Mitali was a top guide, she has an easy gentle nature, full of knowledge and very funny. If I could give some advice it would be come hungry, come very hungry!

Best food tour! - We had the most wonderful food tour with Batul. She was really engaging and informative about the food and the history of the food. She is a beautiful, genuine, passionate guide. The tour itself is very easy with a driver who takes you to various locations. Thank you.
