Great private tour with a wanderfull guide - We had a full day private tour with a wanderfull guide, Aarti. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She even took us to her house to show how her family is living and served us tea. We saw all big attractions in Mumbai and we had a very rich and powerful experience. Mukesh was an excellent tour guide. I would definitely recommend. - I only had one day in Mumbai so I woke up and booked this guided city tour. Mukesh arrived on time and he spoke very good English. I told him where I wanted to go and he made sure I saw everything I wanted to see. He also educated me about the city of Mumbai, where he was born and raised. He informed me of many spots I was not aware of and we visited them. He dropped me off on time. I was sad to see the day end. It was absolutely wonderful 🙏

The perfect one day tour! - Our guide Mukesh was incredible! He picked us up on time and included so many things into our day, many of which weren't in the official schedule. He went out of his way to make the day perfect for us and included a few additional stops that I requested. He was very knowledgable and provided a world of information about each of our stops. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable private tour with children - Very fast reponse to our request for private sightseeing and airport pick-up for our family. We travelled with two small children (9 months and 2 years old). We did 2 days of sightseeing. Program was adjusted to our family with little children. Day 1 we had a break in the hotel so the kids could take their naps. This was much appreciated by us. Driver was fantastic. We felt safe in his car and was super friendly and helpful. Guide knew a lot about Mumbai and cultures. Would recommend this tour!

Great private car service! - We used Mystical Mumbai for a private car for the day. Communication with the company was great and Mukesh, our driver was very professional, on time and a good driver. We will definitely use them again when we are back in Mumbai.

Exceeds my expectations - I'm a female solo traveller to India on a business trip, I was a bit nervous about travelling alone in Mumbai and hence joined a local personal tour during my layover. My tour guide and driver Mukesh (Abhay) is absolutely wonderful. He tried to show me as much as possible during my time there and ensure I could get back to the airport on time with considerations of the typical traffics in Mumbai. The experience absolutely exceeds my expectations. Mukesh showed me the different parts of Mumbai, and his very knowledgeable about the history as well as security in different parts of the city. He is also a very humble man in which I respect a lot. Cannot recommend more! PS I don't typically write long reviews, and this is my first.

Mumbai visit - I recently hired a private tour in Mumbai and had a memorable experience. The driver was professional and ensured a smooth journey throughout the day. The tour guide, Arti, was very kind, warm, and open to sharing her culture and way of life, which made the experience unique. A highlight for me was visiting her family and seeing her home—an authentic and personal touch that I truly appreciated. Arti was also accommodating when it came to taking pictures, ensuring I could capture some great memories. While the storytelling about the city’s history felt a bit light, I enjoyed learning more about the local culture through her perspective. The tour ended with a visit to a local store to shop. While the experience was interesting, I felt a bit pressured to buy something. That said, I’m convincing myself it was a good purchase and part of the cultural experience!
