Fantastic Mumbai Tour - Wonderful day trip with Raj who was a great guide . Raj and our driver picked up our group of 5 people from our hotel as arranged via Bipin in the office . Raj suggested our route as we had seen many places of interest already on another Mumbai tour . We started with lunch in the Taj Palace which was a great experience , we then went into the railway station and actually went inside having seen the outside the previous day , this was a real eye opener . We then saw numerous other Mumbai places of interest and Raj gave us many interesting facts about the City . After visiting a huge open air laundry and market area in Dadah he took us to where he grew up in the slum city of Dharavi . Dharavi was amazing and probably for me the highlight , Raj took us through the commercial and residential areas with his knowledge of the area being a huge asset , he knew many people in the area . I would throughly recommend Reality Tours and Raj , I also like that they return a percentage of the profits to slum areas to help the people living in those areas .

Great experience, very flexible - Chetan was a great guide and modified the tour to our group’s specific needs. He brought us to a local restaurant that was wonderful and took us on a quick 30 min tour of the slums. His incites were fascinating and we could not have been happier with the experience.

Incredible Insight Into Life in Mumbai! - Chetan from Reality Tours provided us with a memorable insight into life in Mumbai. He not only provided a great introduction to the main sights in Mumbai but offered us a chance to visit and see first hand real life in Dharavi Slums. At no point did we feel unsafe. It was a powerful glimpse into this significant way of life for so many and we are very grateful for this experience. We highly recommend using Reality Tours for your private tour of Mumbai.

Good Driver ,Exxillent tour! - I did the Mumbai street food tour with my partner and we had a great time. It was a good introduction to Indian food and we learnt so much. The food was delicious and there was a lot of walking to help off set the large amount of it. Would recommend to anyone to do!

Fantastic and really fun tour - I did this Tour with 1 other friend and it was fantastic! Our tour guide Nano was the best - super knowledgeable and personable and genuinely really fun to spend a day with. We had to adapt the tour based on some attractions being closed due to the PM’s visit but what we ended up doing was even better. If you’re thinking about this tour, I 100% recommend it!

Best day of my time in India!! - I wish there were more words I could write for how phenomenal my experience with Reality Tours was. Krishna went ABOVE and BEYOND for our large group to have an amazing and authentic experience. As a large group of young adults from the United States (which can be a lot to manage) every moment of our tour was planned and executed extremely well. They even took us to the park and taught us how to play cricket! We did the Rural India tour and it made me fall in love with this country so much I’m planning to come back and tour with Krishna again. I could not recommend more! Seriously stop wasting your time looking at other companies and book with Reality Tours, you won’t regret it!

Amazing tour by Swathi - We had truly emersive and wonderful experience with Swathi. Not only was she truly knowledgeable , but she was funny and - most importantly - has a kind heart. The driver was also very sweet! The tour was well planned and smooth, and we saw Mumbai from all angles. We felt safe and secure the whole time ( as two women this was very important for us). Truly a wonderful experience: 100% recommended!

Excellent Tour - I took an all day tour with Reality Tours. I highly recommend them. It would have taken me days to see what I experienced with them in one day. I was solo with a guide and driver. Traffic, distances, my lack of Hindi skills really prohibited me from doing this alone expeditiously. Price was reasonable and my guide was completely open to showing me anything I wanted. He made excellent itinerary suggestions. He spoke English very well and was full of information. I particularly appreciated the Dharavi slums tour. It was done respectfully and provided terrific insight into local cottage industries.

An eye opening tour - My family, (two daughters, one son-in-law, one 12 year old granddaughter and 76 year old me) recently took the private Mumbai Sightseeing Tour - full day run by Reality Tours and Travel. We were met in the hotel lobby by our guide Balaji and had a discussion on what we would like to see and do. We met our driver and off we went. As our hotel was opposite the Gateway of India we had already crossed that off the list. Among the places we visited or saw were Crawford Market, Dhobi Gat Outdoor Laundry, Bombay University, Gandhi Museum, the Victoria Terminus and to us the highlight of the tour, the Dharavi Slum. Our guide Balaji lives there and was able to really give us insightful knowledge about the way the community lives and works (1,000,000 million people living and working within a 2.5 square kilometre area.).. The children were a particular delight with their cheeky grins and “high fives”. A percentage of the money earned through these tours is used for the improvement of life for these hardworking communities. They have schools, doctors, shops, bottled gas, electricity and water within the slum but communal toilets and washing and bathing facilities. Balaji said he was very happy there because there are many of his cousins from the same village he initially came from. Our family found the visit to be a memorable and uplifting experience. Thank you Balaji for your exceptional knowledge of all the places we visited and your charm and good humour. Also, our driver, Raj, was exceptional in getting us through (to our eyes) the chaos and noise of the Mumbai traffic so expertly. It certainly was a day to remember.
