Best guide - Best tour guide. Keith was more than a guide it was as if we had a Doctorate of History giving us a privet tour. He had more information the I would have learned from just going on my own. He had Photos that were not shown in the museum that gave the tour more impact. It has had a profound effect on my as a tour of a concentration camp should have.

Dachau visit and WWII history on summer vacation 2024 - Alun Evans was our guide and did a great job with the tour. He provided substantial history and context to everything we were seeing. He was very knowledgeable and we both learned quite a lot about Dachau and Munich. Helpful info before you go. The tour does use public transit and it works fine as Alum guides you through but it can get quite crowded. Our experience was you need to be able to walk very quickly. We enjoyed it and would definitely recommend Alun for a great tour guide!

Alun, a great guide - Alun, our tour guide, was just exceptional. Reverently taking us through the history of this solemn memorial. Extremely knowledgeable about the complete story of this camp, and the role it played in the bigger picture of the “Final Solution “. I wish I had the time to take the other tours Alun does. I learned a lot.

Very thorough and informative tour, with all the logistics taken care of. - Alun is an amazing guide and teacher! He is incredibly knowledgeable and did a great job of putting everything into context. All we had to do was show up at the meeting spot in Munich, and he guided us from there. I'm so glad we chose to join his tour!

Excellent tour. - Alun did a great job. Very clear, organized and informative. He handles the subject matter very well. This is an important tour to take to understand what happened in Germany in the1930's and 40's and what can happen in the future if we are not careful.

Great guide - Our guide, Alun, was remarkable. His knowledge of the subject matter provided a lot of detail. I really appreciated the small group experience, he entertained all questions which would have been hard in a larger group.

Great tour - Alun was great guide. We were happy we had booked a tour instead of going alone because Alun had a wealth of knowledge to share with us. He also had extra information that wasn’t present on site. During the tour you only have about an hour at the museum, but you could spend many hours there with all the information provided. If you wanted to spend all your time at the museum, this tour may not be for you. Great tour!
