- Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial Site - With your Memorial licensed guide travel for 20 mins with the modern and efficient Munich train system to the Town of Dachau, cost included in the tour. You will spend 3 hrs at the Memorial and be given historical context about the site by your guide. All areas of the site will be covered including barracks, Crematorium and gas chamber, bunker punishment block and maintenance building, with historical context given. Time will also be allocated for the excellent museum exhibition.
- Marienplatz - Relax, your guide will escort you all the way back to the original start point at Marienplatz at approximately 2pm. You can of course depart anywhere on the train journey back including Munich main station.

The tour was great. - The guide was very knowledgeable. He took us to Dachau by train and showed us the memorials and explained exactly what happened. He gave us a chance to ask him questions before taking us back to where we began

Worth the time! - As I have been to another concentration camp/memorial site before, I did have some background knowledge. What I didn’t expect is to learn so much more about this specific location in Dachau. My guide, Alun, was absolutely fabulous to have. With a small group, it was easy to navigate to our destinations and also allowed for people to ask any additional questions. Alun always kept us updated on the overall game plan, but also informed us of our next steps as we went on. I highly recommend taking the time to go on this guided trip!

Respect - Respect for the events and history of such a somber time in Human History. Our tour guide was the absolute best! So knowledgable and so helpful. This was a bucket list item for me and well worth it.

Grim subject but worth it. - Although cold I enjoyed the experience from a pretty grim piece of history. Alun our tour guide was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Highly recommended.

Thought-provoking tour of a tragic site - Alun was a marvelous guide, dealing with a tragic time in an honest, respectful, and thought-provoking way. He didn’t avoid difficult questions or subjects. We learned many things and were surprised by many of them. I highly recommend engaging him for this tour.

Alun is INCREDIBLE - I really appreciated the fact that this is a small group tour. It’s the ONLY small group tour I could find and it was worth the search. Alun is beyond incredible, he is extremely knowledgeable, and provides so much information with kindness, respect, and sensitivity to the site. He was organized, accommodating, and punctual. I HIGHLY recommend this tour and Alun, I wish we would have done more tour with him!
