Educational But Dark - Hein, our guide, was very informative & knowledgeable. It was a chance to be in a place where there was history, even though it was dark history. Also we gained an understanding of what the prisoners experienced and learn what led to the kind of treatment they received. It was a lot of walking & being on your feet with minimum breaks. Be sure to have a healthy breakfast because there is no opportunity for lunch from 9:45 to 4:30.

Memorial Site in recognition of the Victims - Excellent tour guide with immense knowledge and professionalism. I met some great people from all over the world on this tour that dealt with a very dark part of world history. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in learning more about this former concentration camp. The tour is designed to only showcase the memorial site from the victims' viewpoint which is the way it should be. Don't expect to see anything from the SS point of view including the inside of the sniper towers...this tour is in recognition of all of the millions of people who lost their lives.

Must do if in Munich - Our tour guide Sam did an excellent job providing us with facts and details on what occurred. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone coming to Munich as it is very eye opening as well as informative.

Sensitive Topics; Thorough Knowledgeable Tour - Scott provided an outstanding tour with background and context which enhanced our visit. He was articulate and responded to everyone’s questions thoroughly. He took a delicate and sensitive site tour and enriched it with his insights. He shared an overview of the visit beforehand which allowed us to focus on the topics knowing we had free time to return ti areas we wanted to review more closely

Book it!! - The tour of Dachau was excellent. Our guide, Machin, was also excellent. He was so well versed on the history. It was a long day (physically and mentally) but well worth it. Highly recommend!!

Dachau - The tour guide was great but a lot of talking and we would like to have had more free time. There was a movie we would have liked to watch but not able to in time frame. Going on own with headphones may have been better
