Must-do Experience! - What a fabulous afternoon! I did this tour my first day in Munich, and could not have started off my trip any better. It was myself and 2 couples being led by our guide, Zsofia, who was absolutely wonderful. We learned so much - about beer, about Munich, about escalators...we covered it all! The places we visited were excellent, and they definitely did not skimp on the beer or the schnapps - no need to pregame! Our groups was perfectly sized, and the experience very conducive to chatting and getting to know each other - we were fast friends by the end, and carried on the fun by going to a rooftop bar Zsofia recommended after the official tour ended. Zsofia was the perfect guide, and I would strongly recommend this tour to everyone coming to Munich! You'll come as strangers, but probably leave as friends!

Relaxed, fun and highly recommended! - The communication ahead of our tour was excellent, and we were so excited to meet Zsofia and learn more about beer and Munich! She was fun and easy going, plus perfectly prepared at each location. We saw a good chunk of the city, including areas we might not have visited on our own. Be ready to walk, come thirsty and hungry! We loved our afternoon tour so much we signed up for the evening ghost tour with BlackBook Tours while we were still walking around with Zsofia.

Fantastic Beer Tour with the Best Guide! - My girlfriend and I had an awesome time on our beer tour in München, and Zsófi, our guide, was an absolute star! Not only was she super professional, informative, and organized, but she also had us laughing with her stories—especially about seeing Adele live (hence, she’s now our “Adele of tour guides”). The breweries were fantastic the beer was delicious, and Zsófi made the whole experience unforgettable. It felt like catching up with an old friend. Highly recommend!

Best way to start! - Sophie was the best part! She was kind, fun, lots of fun facts and info about Germany And it made for the best day! It ended up being just me a friend and Sophie so it was a very small group which made for an even better experience. Thanks for the amazing first day in Munich.

Great Day Tour! - The tour was fantastic, combining a bit of a walking history tour with the beer and schnapps, and our guide Zsofia was awesome. We were a small group, so had a chance to talk and get to know each other. Overall, the highlight is that you avoid the big-6 of Munich breweries in favor of some of the smaller breweries in the area. Although all were good, my vote goes to Giesinger for being the best of the stops. The schnapps were also awesome – we went to the Viktualienmarkt afterwards and bough a bottle of one of them to take back home. Highly recommended, especially if you want to try other beers in Munich.

Amazing Beer and Schnapps Tour!!!! - This tour was fantastic!!! A very small group allowed us to have a very personal experience with Lockie. We went to beer gardens that were off the beaten path and enjoyed more of a local’s experience. The highlight was a craft brewery in the heart of Munich, which is a novelty. The beer and schnapps was paired with food. We learned about the beer, the food, the schnapps and the history of the city. Heed the warnings…this is a serious drinking tour!! You will have plenty to drink!!! This is one of the best tours I’ve had over my many years of traveling. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Eating and drinking our way through Munich! - We had a fabulous tour with Lockie. We learned so much about Munich and the history that played into what we ate and drank. I've done several food/drink tours all over Europe and this is one of my favorites! Its such a great way to learn about a new place. We even got to meet his lovely mom and sister who graciously saved seats for us on our final drink stop! Lockie is personable, friendly, knowledgeable and funny!

Great Time - Had a great time with our tour with Lockie. He was easy to find, funny, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We went to some great spots and had fantastic recommendations for both drinks and foods. Our tour was also small with just 6 people which was ideal.

So much fun! Great way to spend a day in Munich. - Lockie was an awesome guide. He was so knowledgeable and fun to chat with. And he was able to make accommodations for my wife who had some food restrictions, while not making her feel singled out in the group. 5 out of 5!!! Definitely agree that you should not drink before this tour, because they will.
