Additional Information
This traditional Munich Bike Tour takes place in the morning, and is a relaxed 3.5-hour ride with a group size limited to 23 participants. The tour includes brief stops and historical narrations at sights such as Odeonsplatz, Max Joseph Platz, the Hofbrauhaus, a section of the English Garden, a lunch break (excluding the cost of food and drink) at the Chinese Tower Beer Garden for sampling Bavarian Beer, unique River Surfers, and numerous other fascinating views.
The tour commences at 11:30 am at Marienplatz 15, also recognised as the Spielzeugmuseum or Toy Museum at the base of the Old Town Hall Tower. Experience more with less strain and enjoy your time!
This Munich sightseeing cycle tour concludes approximately 3 to 3.5 hours later at the tour operator’s store, just a stone’s throw away from the Hofbrauhaus.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- The tour goes out no matter what the weather. In case of rain we sell ponchos for 1€ each.
- There are no hotel pick ups points, please all meet at our designated Meeting Point.

Fantastic time even in the cold and rain - The tour was fantastic! Even though it was cold and raining during the trip, our guide Steven was amazing. He gave a awesome tour and was very knowledgeable about the city. He also was able to quickly find an excellent alternative lunch location when he found out the beer garden was closed. I highly recommend this tour.

Tour done well - Excellent guide, Tyler, provided the small group with lots of modern and ancient history and knew his stuff. We often use these types of tours to orientate our selves and this tour did that really well. Not a hard ride and lots of interesting stops.

Bike Munich - I love doing bike tours when I travel as it’s a great way to cover distance and see the sights and this was no exception! Simon was an amazing tour guide and provided great insight into the history of Munich. There was both a good amount of riding as well as stops to talk and take pictures. I felt we hit all the main sites in Munich. Simon was great making sure we were all together crossing roads and with bike safety. The one thing that I wish as different (aside from more time to ride & learn!) is I feel like a bottle of water should be included. They do have some for purchase at their shop before you stop, but for the price of the tour, it would’ve been a nice touch to include. Highly recommend doing this tour while yourself here!

Great way to see the Munich Sights - This is a great way to see some of the old city highlights in a short amount of time. Our guide spoke English well and informed us about each stop/sight. Most of the travel was on dedicated bike lanes or pedestrian areas-Munich is a big bike town.

A wheelie good cycling tour - Great tour that gives you an excellent overview of Munich. The guide was great; enthusiastic and fun. The cycling was flat and accessible. The time flew by as we took in the history and beauty of the amazing buildings, gardens and beer of Munich.

Great Biking Tour - Our guide, Kyle, was personable and informative. This is a great way to see a part of Munich. The stops are well planned and Kyle was able to share lots of information with us about the history associated with each stop. The ride and stop in Englischer Garten was a lot of fun! We would highly recommend this tour!

He's lived it, we loved it - Fantastic tour of Munich with Simon, a History graduate of Aberdeen University. His affection for Munich shone through.
A great way to see the city from the point of view of somebody who knows it really well, including lunch in a beer garden, and many things you wouldn't get to see any other way.
As a family of five, we loved it!

Fun, interesting, and delicious! - We loved every minute of this tour. Iris was a very knowledgeable, funny, and kind guide. We saw many monuments and enjoyed the parks and a delicious lunch! I highly recommend this tour! It’s a great way to see Munich and learn about its past.
