Join us for a 1.5-hour scenic regional train journey to Regensburg, followed by a city tour. Named a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2006, Regensburg is a treasure chest of historical sites. With our provided city map, wander through the city’s maze of streets. It was in this city where the Holy Roman Empire dissolved in 1806.
Our tour includes St. Peter’s Cathedral, the heart of spirituality in the city. Be awed by its stunning art and architecture, a window into medieval Bavaria. We’ll guide you through architectural gems and help you appreciate the varied historical styles.
Step back in time at one of the oldest cities in Bavaria. Tour the bustling medieval metropolis that was once the home to Bavarian dukes and German kings; the setting for the Everlasting Reichstag and the last standing medieval city in the region.
Revel in remarkable spots like Walhalla, Weltenburg Monastery, and the Liberation Hall. Should you wish to visit Walhalla, we’re happy to modify the itinerary to your preference.
Finally, we’ll cap off our adventure with a peaceful drive back to Munich.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
