100% Must Do in Munich! - If you are ever even close to Munich during a trip to Germany or Austria this is a must do tour. Our tour guide was Jake and the immense knowledge and personal connection he brought to this tour was something that we’ve never experienced before in all of the countless tours throughout the US and Europe I’ve been on. We plan to come back to Munich and would love to do another tour with Jake!

Great Tour Guide - This tour was better than I expected. Our tour guide was Michael. He is very knowledgeable and easy to follow along with, he also has a great sense of humor so that makes learning history even more enjoyable. As expected, wear comfortable shoes as there is a lot of walking.

Must go with Mike! Truly enjoyable tour. - Absolutely loved spending the time with Michael. He had so much information to share, and was open to lots of questions about the tour or just the lifestyle in Germany and his experiences travelling. A knowledgeable but also light hearted tour guide made this very enjoyable and we saw so much of the city on the tour.

Worth taking - Very informative and interesting tour. Guide Jake did an excellent job of being professional while adding personal tidbits to bring the tour even more to life. He kept the group moving at an appropriate pace but was sure to check on everyone’s comfort and safety. Highly recommend this tour.

History History - Very interesting, and sad history. Hitler was definitely evil. Tour guide knows a-lot of factual information. Would recommend to anyone wanting to learn history.

Quiet and instructive visit - We don't even learn from history. Tour the museum and cer what happened u almost a hundred years later, we will make mistakes again, they will not be the same, but similar. Commendable that in the heart of where it started, you can walk.

Absolutely essential activity in Munich!! - This was the best tour we've ever taken - thanks to our extraordinary tour guide Josh. It was an absolute honor to have met this man and spent few hours learning from his in depth and thoughtful description of a very sensitive but also important time in german and world history. What was most impressive was Josh's passion, his desire to make a difference through these tours and his 'good worry' about the future of our world. He was extraordinary at making history relevant and tactfully and gently reminding us of the power we have in shaping our today, having learnt from the past. Every tourist visiting Munich should take this tour with Josh.

3rd Reich from local knowledgeable perspective! - What a lovely experience! Josh was our tour guide and as a history enthusiast, I highly recommend this tour. Josh is a local to the area and is very knowledgeable about the 3rd Reich, is also very passionate about retelling the story from a German perspective and emphasising the need for evidence-based history-telling, rather than opinion-based stories. This I really appreciated. There were parts of the tour that were emotional, and Josh has a very effective way of communicating dark stories about people's real-life experiences - it was done in a very respectful manner. Most of us gave a little tip at the end for his passionate hard work with us and if I ever return to Munich, I will try to take different tour with Josh if it's available. My partner and I learnt a lot about the WW2 history here, things we would have never learnt in school, so it was definitely worth it (if I haven't already said that?). Thank you!
