- Schloss Linderhof - Departing from central Munich, the first stop is Castle Linderhof, arriving around 10 AM. This is the smallest of the three royal castles, constructed by King Ludwig II in the 19th century as a hunting lodge. Designed in the French Rococo style, the castle features a Moorish pavilion that can be explored during the one-hour visit. Guests have the option to join a guided tour of Linderhof’s interior, which lasts approximately 25 minutes. Departure from Linderhof is scheduled for 10:45 AM.
Please note that on March 4th, due to the carnival, Linderhof Castle will be closed and the visit will be replaced by a trip to Castle Hohenschwangau.
- Oberammergau - Enjoy a scenic bus ride through this charming alpine village.
- Schloss Neuschwanstein - Arrival at Neuschwanstein Castle is expected around 1:15 PM.
Entrance tickets are provided by the guide. The departure time will be announced by the guide on board. The duration of the stay is approximately 3 to 3.5 hours.
Guests have 45-60 minutes of free time for lunch or taking photos.
There is 45-60 minutes allocated to reach the castle, either on foot or by shuttle bus, if available. The bus does not operate in snowy conditions. Visitors can also visit the Marienbrücke viewpoint, which was closed for renovation in 2022.
The guided tour of Neuschwanstein Castle begins around 3:15-3:30 PM and lasts 35 minutes. The minimum time spent in the castle is 45 minutes.
Departure from Neuschwanstein Castle is between 4:20-4:50 PM, with an approximate 2-hour ride back to Munich.
