The greatest tour we’ve ever been on and the most memorable trip of a lifetime the guide Nikolai was amazing. Incredible - This was the greatest tour of a lifetime. Nicolay was our private guide and absolutely exceptional. He was personal he was caring and thoughtful and very knowledgeable about each town we visited. I truly felt blessed that we were able to get him and do that tour as it was the greatest part of our trip. I can’t say enough great things about his customer service and our experience. Highly recommended.

Takes you back in time! - Beautiful places - well worth the trip! Highly recommend seeing & feeling what it was like in a time gone by! Our driver Marie was excellent as well.

Amazing driver and host and a perfect day! - Our driver Tomas was both punctual and professional. He took care to make sure we felt free to roam each town as long as we wished. When we had rain he even brought us the umbrellas we had borrowed from the hotel so we didn’t get wet walking to the car. He was a safe driver and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. He answered all of our questions and we had an amazing day! Five stars!⭐️

Long, but nice day - We had Tomas as our driver for the day. He was an excellent and safe driver. The tour schedule was broken up by 3 stops. We could have easily eliminated the Harburg Castle stop and spent more time at the other 2 locations, especially in Rothenburg which was our favorite spot.

It exceeded expectations. - Charming tour, Harburg and Dinklsbuhl, were a pleasant surprise, small and beautiful towns, beautiful landscapes, good food, I highly recommend it. Our driver was very attentive and helpful.

Rothenburg is the best - It was really nice to be able to easily get to Rothenburg, which is quite far away if you go there by yourself. Our driver, Luca, was very nice and flexibly changed the tour plan to suit our requests. He also told us about some recommended spots, and we had a very enjoyable trip. Thank you very much.

Great Experience - Frank was such a thoughtful driver. He was punctual and was a very safe driver. His car was clean and comfortable. Within our given time we had the flexibility to decide how long we wanted to stay at each stop and explore at our own pace. When we were ready to move on to the next stop we sent him a text and he was at our designated spot within minutes. He was so helpful and went WAY above and beyond what was expected from the

Not as Advertised - The tour was not as advertised. Apparently Viator confirmed the tour and took my 1000 euros before checking with the tour provider if anyone guides were available. According to the Tour provider, Europe yours, all 10 of their experienced guides were booked. So, they found a person with a car at 2 am in the morning and hired him to drive us. He had never been to the places before and could not tell us anything about them. All he said when we asked him a question was “I don’t know”. While I did not expect a guide, the description and reviews said that they would share some information. The car was a Toyota and we were cramped in the back seat with little leg room. Neither my partner nor I could understand some of the guides instructions about when we were returning to Munich. We did contact Viator support and they were unhelpful and kept disconnecting the chat. I don’t think Viator should have confirmed the tour until they checked with the tour provider that an experienced guide was indeed available.
