Day trip Rothenburg - Great little town. I could have used more time exploring though. So much to see and do really need an entire day. Lots of shopping. Quaint.

Stunning history - Great historical tour. Harburg castle was excellent. Wish there wasn’t as much commercialization on the castle grounds but it was tastefully done. Rothenburg was absolutely amazing. Would love to go back during Christmas time for the full experience. Our guide Hanae was very knowledgeable and friendly! Our driver Vlado was also great.

Wry nice day tour - Very nice day trip. Visiting the first castle was a good way to break up the drive in the morning. We arrive in Rothenburg at lunch time. I would recommend eating at one of the cafes outside the city center as all the tourists hang out there. A little more time would have been nice so that you can walk the town and also either go into the church or crime museum without being rushed to do it all.

Rothenburg was lovely - Harburg castle was very interesting and the guide (Jakob) was friendly and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed Rothenburg despite the rain. There are lots of cafes, restaurants, bakeries, shops. The bus ride is one and a half hours to Harburg then another hour and a half to Rothenburg so the return trip is long. Our guide was Pedro and English was not his first language so sometimes it was difficult to understand him. It also seemed like he wasn't very familiar with the locations we were visiting.

Bring the umbrella - The tour narration was very limited. We didn’t hear much info about the places we went and region we visited. Time in each town was very short. Everything felt rushed. Time in Rothenburg was cut short one hour because bus driver wanted to return to Munich sooner, so instead of 11 hours excursion we barely had 10.

Medieval in all ways - The sites were great but a really long bus ride (prob over 6 hours) and without internet or anything, it dragged. Some trivia or something fun for the drive back would help lol
