Beautiful views - Didn't realize it was the Catholic Festival in Salzburg when I booked the tour. The city center was much busier than normal. Would love to go back when it's not a festival. Our tour guide Melanie was great. She gave us a lot of information on the bus ride but also allowed for some quiet time to rest. Had about 2-2.5 hours in Salzburg before the bus to Wolfgangsee. (Be aware that although it says the boat is optional - it is not). There was about 20 min of "free" time before waiting for the boats, which were late, so that cut into any free time we would have had at the end. The boat ride, however, was amazing. The views are stunning and the water is so clean and beautiful. Definitely think more time should be given for this tour.

Long drive too little time for sights. Ok if just a scouting trip - The tour is basically someone driving you to Salzburg and back with a side trip to a lake and ride a boat. All good, excellent bus, driver and Daisy our tour guide. It’s just too long a drive too little time to see much of Salzburg. If you want to peek it’s fine. If you want the works best to stay a couple of nights. Plus we had to leave a couple of women behind since they didn’t show up at bus and time. Felt sad about that. Left behind in another country. Am sure they're fine and back in Munich but a lot of stress and hassle on a supposed relaxing vacation.

Eh, could pass on this one. - Tour was ok. Our guide talked way too much and people on the bus were commenting on it. She pretty much talked the entire bus ride. She was very nice but it was too much. She didn’t even have time to give drinks out because she talked so much and said she didn’t have time. We were fortunate that there was a Catholic festival going on. The Mozart museum is a must but not enough time to visit the castle on the hill or much else. If the festival hadn’t been going on I would say it wasn’t worth it. It was also a group of 67 which is way too much for one tour guide.

WORST TOUR IN MY LIFE - Terrible operator !!!1 TO START, The bus was at a different adress of the one that said in th confirmation ticket, Neither the BUS nor the guide had any identification, when I tried to ask the guide if that was my tour, he didn't even check the ticket and told me to get on quickly, I told him that I had reserved a tour with an audio guide in spanish and he told me that it was only done in english, at no time were we given the audio guide; from that moment on I started calling the operator's phone number that appears on the platform and never they answered.... During the tour in Salzburg and st Wolfang the guide (Arnaud) did not give any information of interest, only the meeting points and pointed out one or two important places. When he was asked something he answered brushly. He never checked his group, he did not have a list of the participants in his tour. He was race-for-time, so much so that in St Wolfang he told us that we should arrive to the meeting point at 3:24 because he was leaving at 3:25, we arrived at 3:25 and he had already gone ... Without taking into account that the boat tour took them to another city ( which he never informed us of), so we have to return to Munich on our own. At that point we called the phone number indicated several times and they did not answer ... We left some items on the bus and they never called us to tell us where we could pick them up, and they never contact us to see if anything happened to us , etc. The guide had said that we could leave everything on the bus with confidence, so imagine where we would have left the money or the passports, how we would have done to return, even more taking into account that we were traveling back to our country the next day and everything would have been lost, - it is really is the worst tour operator i have ever done tours with (I have taken 5 tours in the last 10 days),***
