Is it a scam or just an error in the address given. - Not sure if this is a scam or a serious admin cock up. The address given by TripAdvisor was for Absburgerstrasse1. This is a residential address. When we arrived 10 minutes early, we tried calling the contact number which was for robot city Segway not fire wheels as per the booking confirmation. After 15 minutes of calling an answer phone with no response and contacting TripAdvisor support with no response, we set off for Robot City Segway offices across town. When we arrived, the tour was just departing and the guide refused to wait and told us to call / text the owner on the number on the window - which was the same as the number we'd previously tried and failed to get an answer on Have asked for a full refund. Would not recommend this operator or tour or TripAdvisor
