Starting something new can be challenging, but not when it comes to riding a Segway! Before embarking on a tour of Munich, participants will learn how to operate a Segway and discover that it’s surprisingly simple. Experience indicates that every participant becomes comfortable with riding a Segway within a few minutes. Once the initial training is complete, the tour of the city can begin.

The tour kicks off at Artur-Kutscher-Platz. From there, the route leads to the English Garden and follows the Isar River to the Angel of Peace. The journey continues to the Maximilianeum, home to the Bavarian Parliament. This impressive building, designed by architect Friedrich Bürklein, was constructed between 1857 and 1874 and harmonizes beautifully with its surroundings by the Isar River. Further along the river, participants will see Museum Island, featuring the Deutsches Museum, and the parish church of St. Maximilian on the west bank of the Isar River.

Additionally, newcomers to Segway will receive a brief tutorial before embarking on the tour.
