Commences with a delightful morning, followed by a tranquil stroll across the 7 hills tea estate, ascending a hill to enjoy refreshments at its peak (2450 meters above sea level), and unwinding amidst the hills while beholding a 65 km wide valley vista. The mountain air is refreshingly rich in oxygen. A variety of birds in flight around the mountain adds to the enchanting experience. The journey continues through coffee and cardamom fields, delivering insight into their cultivation. Venturing into the Nature zone Forest, visitors can rest in a serene spot offering views of spices on one end, and on the other, prospects of the tea plantations, the Idukki Dam, and the Anamudi summit (the tallest peak in southern India). The adventure culminates with a walk through the forest, immersion into the tea estate, narration of the tea’s heritage, regional history, followed by the return journey.
