Munnar Jeep Excursion - Our tour guide was Nagu and we had a really great trip! He was a great driver and even dropped us off at our hotel (quite a ways outside Munnar afterwards). The drive through the tea plantations was spectacular - if you have a go-pro, bring it! We were surprised by how “jungly” Munnar is. The Tiger Cave was pretty neat!

Discover the true Kerala with Nagu - Our top experience in Munnar. The day was filled with stunning landscape, plant and traditions discovery a yummy picnic on a river bench (alone in the World) and all the fabulous explanation of Nagu. Chatting to him and learning through him the Keralite culture was so moving. Of course I almost forgot - the wild elephant sight!

Really enjoyable day out with/without elephants - Really interesting and calm trip through gorgeous landscapes, with many stimulating attractions. Raj was are guide, he was very knowledgeable and fun. He showed us a variety of plants that are useful in the area. We went on a foggy/rainy day but still had plenty to see and enjoy. Unfortunately no elephants while we were there as we couldn’t wait all evening, but a very peaceful place to rest and enjoy some great food and company. The elephants arrived later that evening, and Raj sent us a picture, which was very sweet.

The perfect way to see Munnar and surrounding areas! - Absolutely fantastic tour. We started the day learning about the surroundings environment and the history of Munnar on the way to our first stop. We had a great wander around our first waterfall and stopped at the Tiger Cave for a fantastic home cooked lunch. We unfortunately didn't see any elephants, but the whole day was amazing and one we will remember for a long time. Thank you Raj!

Amazing experience (Pros and Cons mentioned) - It was a great experience. The driver and guide Mr Kanaku Raj provided us with a well guided tour. He told us about different trees and their uses. He took us to some beautiful spots and also clicked our pics. He was very patient as we waited 2.5 hours for elephants at Anakulam. Please note that as per locals, the elephant sighting is possible in the evening, usually in the window of 5pm to 10pm The only bad part was the timing of the tour. We started at 10.30am and reached Anakulam by 2.30pm after covering all activities. We waited for 2.5 hours and did not see any elephant. Ideal timing would have been starting the tour at 12.30 and reaching Anakulam by 5pm. I suggest Munnar Valley Trekking team look into this.
