Great way to see Gozo! - We had a fabulous day touring the beautiful, scenic, and historic island of Gozo. The 4-wheeler tour was a perfect mix of stops and time to ride the quads. They’re large and sturdy, and though I run a little nervous, I was comfortable and felt safe the whole time. Our guide gave us great instructions, and we were able to enjoy a full day of fantastic sightseeing. We got rained on a bit, but they provided full poncho suits to keep the wet out. The transfer to the departure point was easy and convenient, and the boat ride to Gozo was good fun. We also got to see Camino and the blue lagoon on the way back to Malta. We had so much fun!

Holiday complete! - We are so happy we booked this trip for our last day! My husband and I are in our 50’s and our 16 year old daughter enjoyed being driven around this beautiful island on the back of my quad! The leaders were Emilio and Dave who were a great double act and we were well looked after. They took us literally all over the island to great view points, churches, salt pans cliffs, souvenir shops for photos and they even fed us in a lovely local restaurant local cuisine . We couldn’t fault it. Great value for money and we definitely recommend. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to Gozo on a large speed boat not the local ferry and on the way back they took us to the blue lagoon and other local caves before being taken back to our hotel. We were out literally all day. The quad bikes are big heavy things but very comfy and easily fits a passenger. There were lots of lanes, off road and through small towns on main roads so you do need to be a confident driver. We would do it all over again! Many thanks to Emilio and Dave for allowing us to be part of your island! 😜

To do at least once - What wonderful memories, of that beautiful day... Our day began with our pick-up at our hotel. Then a sea crossing at a very fast pace but so rich in sensations. A real furious this pilot 😅 Arriving on Gozo, our UTV vehicle with driver were waiting for us. "Peter", our driver guide was very friendly and introduced us to a lot of things The group leader speaks French very well. We were following other tourists who had taken the option of quad biking (an interesting choice, but more stressful and tiring) In view of the local driving , the configuration of the roads and the left-hand drive, we chose instead the UTV. A meal is provided in the package, with Maltese specialties. (the advantage of not driving is that you have the right to rosé wine) The dish is quite special but can be eaten. On the other hand, dessert would benefit from improvement (a cupcake dry) A fruit salad would be cheaper and more appreciated. The island is beautiful and the experience never seen before. Nevertheless, despite the immense pleasure of this activity, I remain divided on the polluting and disturbing nature for the locals. Our vehicles (about ten that day) speeding through all the villages were very noisy and polluting. Certain discomfort on the circulation and in the daily life of the premises. Despite the fun, you can feel a little ashamed (my feeling, hence the hesitation to do it again ) It would be of little interest to renew the future fleet in electric vehicles 😉👌 Finally, the boat back with the visit of the blue lagoon... a wonder (A furious but so talented pilot) Thank you for all these emotions

They had a howler - So I can see how this could and should be a great tour but they had a really bad day at the office today. There was no private boat crossing, presume this was due to the rough sea but we received no communication about this. The group was huge with atleast 16 buggies being managed by two tour guides - one French group and one English group - although everyone was mixed which made keeping track of everyone very difficult. The morning was very slow - we spent far too long at Fontana tourist shop and at lunch. This meant that the afternoon was a disaster - every stop was very rushed and we missed several of the itinerary items. It was a mad rush back to try and catch the ferry, the group got split up, people got lost, buggies broke down - driving at crazy speeds with very little or no communication. We some how got back to the boat just before it departed. This should and probably is a great trip if there is the correct numbers in the group and you don’t have to rush to catch a commercial ferry. There is no excuse for the lack of communication throughout the day though. At times we stopped and were back on our quads before other people even had got off their quads to take photos. I think we needed another two hours to have achieved the itinerary we were sold.

Large group with a visibly stressed guide does not work out well... - • When we arrived to pick up the quads, it was clear the group was too large (16 quads/buggies, over 24 people), and the English-speaking guide was visibly stressed about the group size. He gave minimal instructions, only explaining how the quad worked, with no details about the tour, what to do if lost, expected stops, or parking guidance. • During the first half of the tour, we drove extremely slowly with frequent stops to keep the group together. At the first stop (Sanap Cliffs), parking was chaotic due to poor guidance, with one person struggling while the guide rudely took over without clear instructions. We stayed there longer because of poor organization and the large group size. The guide seemed more focused on his date (who brings his date on a tour that he is supposed to guide?) than on explaining anything. • We missed the second stop (Xlendi Tower). The third stop (Fontana Cottage) was a tourist trap where again we spend most time waiting. The same happened at the restaurant, and by then, we were halfway through the tour without seeing much. • After that, there was a brief, fun, muddy section, but we still moved slowly due to poor instructions and the large group. At the fourth stop (Dwejra Bay), we again wasted time parking and waiting. The guide was more focused on his date and arrived late because he was driving around in a golf cart. • We later realized this stop was supposed to include Fungus Rock and Inland Sea, but due to poor explanations, parking issues, and waiting around, we missed them. The guide did not provide enough information about the sights or the route, leaving us clueless about what we were seeing. • When the guide realized we were behind schedule, he rushed through the rest of the tour. We briefly stopped at Xwejni Salt Pans but weren’t allowed to leave our quads due to lack of time. After that, the guide sped up drastically, leading to dangerous situations: o People fell behind as the guide didn’t check on the group. Some quads broke down or ran out of gas, including one rider whose warning was ignored. o We were forced to speed at 60 km/h in 40 km/h zones, ignoring traffic rules, and almost lost the group at roundabouts. o Despite honking to alert the guide about people falling behind, no one responded. When the guide eventually noticed half the group was missing, he panicked and acted erratically, causing confusion and even a collision with another quad. • We returned with only half the group. One underage boy lost his mother and brother and was yelled at instead of being reassured. The tour was frustratingly slow and disorganized at first, then dangerously rushed later, causing us to miss key sights and end up in unsafe situations. • When we contacted the tour company, they initially ignored us. When they finally responded, they denied our claims without any apologies or accountability. Their response confirms our story, how we were slow in the beginning and had to speed a lot in the end (and assume they took the speed meter of the qua that was in their favour).
