Good service/communication/execution - It was waiting at the airport, when I arrived I got a message from them about how far I was. We were 20 minutes late, which I informed them before we took off. We were placed in a car which drove quite fast, but at At 1 in the morning you just want to get there, so we covered the 2h10m long drive in just 1h40m, which was fantastic, because with the transfer bus it would have taken 3h. We also used them between hotels and they were there 10 minutes early and found us sitting at the bar waiting. When we were going home, they were also there on time, and the driver drove us nicely to the airport with a few pit stops along the way, which made the time estimate given by Bizim match with just 2 minutes difference. I can highly recommend them, and they were a little cheaper than others. However, be aware that the child seat/belt cushion turns into a baby seat. Our 3-year-old couldn't squeeze his bottom into the seat and therefore sat with a harness on for the entire trip.

Excellent transfer service - Service is amazing. I have used the service twice in August 2023 with a mini bus for 12 people in Antalya and on both transfers, driver was on time and very helpful with luggages. Price is also good value for money compared to other options. Communication is done on Whatsapp and they speak English.

Brilliant service - These guys are fantastic. After booking.com messed up my return journey by allocating a wrong time slot for return transfer (5 minutes before flight!), Davud of Bizim transfer went out of his way to make sure we got picked up at the right time in a lovely vehicle and dropped off in plenty of time to catch our return flight. Thank you Davud.

High quality and timely service - Used Bizim transfer between Airport and Rixos Tekirova hotel for round trip. . 15th and 25th Of July 2022 Superb service: Timely arrival of car, clean and luxury minivan - So everything was perfect. Price is a little bit higher but considering service, quality and luxury its affordable and good value for money

NEVER AGAIN B2 / BIZIM TRANSFER - We had booked and paid for the transfer from Antalya to Alanya from home. When we arrived in Antalya, everything went really well. We found the driver just as B2 Bizim Transfer had described and the journey began. A few days before departure I contacted the company again and that's when the problems started. We had apparently not booked a return trip and had only paid for the outward trip, which was not true according to B2's offer. We then asked the reception at our hotel to call B2 to clarify this. There was no agreement and they did not fulfill the contract we entered into with B2. We had to take the alternative in order to be at the airport on time. This will of course have consequences, which begin here with this review. THIS COMPANY IS NOT RECOMMENDED

Clueless! - We booked with flight tracking but had to wait for our driver to turn up. Once he did, he didn’t know where he was going to our hotel. The journey took forever and included several phone calls and him pulling over outside various shops to ask for directions. We showed him the address and gave him several verbal hints about the hotel location using a translator app. He was quite dismissive and very rude to us. We could not wait to get out of his minibus. Although we had also booked an airport return with Bizim Transfer, we decided to cancel it and forfeit the money we’d spent as we no longer trusted them to arrive on time and we could not miss our flights. We would expect a driver to know in advance where he was taking his passengers. Poor service all around.

AVOID - they don't turn up to airport transfers! - Bizim transfer didnt turn up on the day of the transfer Couldn't get through to them for 15 minutes (another issue in itself, on the day of the transfer there's no way to track your driver) Eventually when I did get through to them they told me they were unable to take us to the airport and left us stranded with no other options despite the fact that i had paid! I ended up missing my flight. Looking at reviews its clear I am not the only person that had experienced this!

Horror! - I would like to leave a review about yesterday’s impression of traveling in a car from this company from Side to Antalya Airport. To say that this is horror is to say nothing. The driver was taken aback for an hour, and the company phone did not answer for 40 minutes. He was on his phone all the time, sometimes looked at the road, and spoke incoherently and loudly. I was driving in an emergency, the car smelled of alcohol, once I literally fell asleep at the wheel, the car almost flew off the road. NEVER use this transfer if you value your life. If it weren’t for the plane, we would definitely have contacted the police.

Bad terrible the worst. - I’m having to give a very poor review but the service was absolutely terrible we went to Antalya on the 19/08/22 with TUI and the flight was delayed which was bead enough but when we got there the car had been and gone didn’t even try to leave any message to let us no what’s going on they took payment in advance i tried to contact them on my phone and they didn’t answer i text message them through wats app still no response it’s only when the TUI rep kept trying on a number that they have they answered and told him that we were not there 🤬 off course we’re not there the flight is delayed but you could off at least notified us but anyways they very reluctantly sent a car out with no AC of fan it was going to be over a hour to our hotel and we got kids the driver just ignored us but the real 🤬🤬ing fup was the driver dropped us off at the wrong hotel and drove off I had to pay another 110 euros to get us to our hotel, what a mistake to have used such a terrible transfer service stay away save your self the pain and hassle.
