Excursion Mamia antalya day trip - Beautiful day out in Antalya. Waterfalls boat trip shopping. Excellent value for money. Great tour guide and az always excursions mania had everything organised perfectly. Highly recommend. Great communication from the tour company.

City tour - Booking through Excursion mania was great experience. Eric was fantastic and very helpful. Can who was guide was professional and helpful. The only bit I didn't like was tour of gems factory. All other was great.

Wonderful Tour - lovely tour of the old city and waterfalls. The tour guide Kaan was very hospitable and a joy, he added so much to the tour.

Antalya tower - Very nice experience with khaan as a guide who gives very good explanations. We spent a pleasant day with family.

Must do Excursion - This was a lovely trip, Kaan was especially a wonderful tour guide who added so much insight and knowledge to all the features of Antalya.

Great tour and great tour guide apo - Apo is a very pleasant young man and very helpful indeed!! Tour was great,good vibes around antalya and lunch was excellent. We'll be using them again shortly!!!

Take a taxi - Nice locations and peasant guide but… 1) long stop and jewellery showroom and gift shop 2) busses were old. No air conditioning and broken seatbelts 3) didn’t have as much time as we would have liked to explore old town. Would take a taxi another time and cut out the sales tour.

Scammed by Viator and local operator - We were a family of 4 adults and one child including 2 pensioners. 1. Bus pick-up changed from 7.45 to 9.30am the evening before. We were waiting outside the hotel gates until 8.30 when we realised that the pick up time had been changed. 2. Bus picked us up at 10.20 instead of 9.30. There was no apologies from the tour operator. The bus had 40+ people on board picked up between Antalya and our hotel in Kiris/Kemer (approx 50km area of hotel pick-ups which would have caused delays - not just a road accident as the operator claims. 3. We were then expected to go to the city cable car, as the tour description shows you have to pay €15. The guide explained that we were going to the Olympos cable car instead in the Kemer region (still 1 hour from Antalya) as the city cable car was out of order. We arrived there at 12am. This cable car would have cost an additional €40 each person (€200 for the family). This was misleading advertising by Viator and the operator. The additional cost was a shock to us and we were told the guide that we would only have to wait 45 mins if we didn't want to go in the cable car. In the end half the bus waited between 11am - 1pm for the guide and the cable car party to return. Again, with no apology from the guide. 3. We did not arrive in Antalya until 2.30pm for lunch. So basically for those that didn't go on the cable car had to wait between delayed pick up time to 2.30pm to eventually arrive in Antalya. For us that was 5 hours for a journey that usually takes 1 hour! 4. The lunch, bay boat (and lower waterfall) tour and the old city walk went very well. Apart from the fact that the boat operator was trying to charge families €6 for an ice cream! But this part was the only properly organised element of the tour. 5. Various people on the tour had different schedules where the upper waterfall view was also included. They had even paid €10pp each less than us! At 5pm instead of the guide instructing the driver to go to the upper waterfall while we had daylight, she took us to a jewellery store. We had a shopping centre advertised not a dodgy jewellery store 30 mins away from the centre. Nobody wanted this. When we got there were then asked whether we wanted to go in. Nobody wanted to go in. This was obviously a desperate way for the operator to make commission on jewellery sales. 6. As we lost so much time, we arrived at the upper waterfall area in darkness at 6.30pm. We were told to hurry as minibuses were then arranged to take everyone back to their hotels. The minibus allocation was absolutely chaotic, causing yet more distress between all the families. We arrived back at our hotel at 8.15pm tired exhausted and rather angry. It is shocking that the operator has been allowed to get away with this for the whole tourist season. The obviously wouldn't be able to organise a party in one bar. Due to the inconvenience and the distress caused to me and my family I would expect at least a 50% reimbursement for at least the part of the trip that went well. This would be fair considering we were misled, misinformed and totally messed around. Thank you.
