Must try! Worth it! - The tour was great! We got to see the blue waters of Antalya besides big cliffs and caves. The tour organizer helped us a great deal when we accidentally missed our boat by immediately arranging the next available tour and sent one of their members personally to guide us. It made our experience better!

Excellent Service - It was very convenient to find the location as the tour guide had shared the link of the exact location and we just had to follow the road. The tour guide himself was very friendly & welcoming and we had a great time having a conversation with him. I would highly recommend my friend to book tickets with yourself. A high value excursion. - The best way to the waterfall. Two hours of very scenic views. Lots of room to move around on the boat.

Beautiful spot in Antalya - We were really looking forward to this trip. Unfortunately there was a lot of internal miscommunication on the tour operators side, so we missed our boat. They gave us a 45 minute tour instead, and refunded our money

Time efficient - The boat tour was lovely, it was just the right amount of time to have a view of the old town on the coast line and seeing the water fall from a different angle, as well as the mountains in thr background.

Got just 30% of the trip but was charged 50% of the price. - I bought a ticket for the 2hour waterfall cruise from one of the booths in the harbour at 12:20pm, just 40 minutes before its scheduled 1pm departure. Clear instructions on where to be, boarding the boat was fine. It left a little late, almost 1:10pm. Just about got as far as Lower Duden Waterfalls, at which point the crew were coming round selling drinks and snacks. Then, moments later, there was an announcement that we were having to turn back to port due to a storm warning. Consequently, I was back off the boat, at my starting point, by 1:45pm. I went back to the booth and was paid back 350TL of the initial 750TL I'd paid for the trip. So in effect I ended up paying more than half the price for little more than a quarter of the experience. Although the weather wasn't as good as it had been in the preceding days, and yes, storms had been forecast on the day itself, the conditions both during the boat trip and for the remainder of that day weren't adverse at all - there was no rain, there were no strong winds. The cynical part of me suspects that, due to the forecasts, the operators never had any intention of taking the boat out for 2 hours that day, but rather than lose a whole day's takings, they sold tickets regardless to make some money. Trying to sell drinks to the passengers literally about 2 minutes before they told us they were turning back felt like a cheat, too. I'm sure the boat trip is very good when it runs as scheduled but on this occasion I came away feeling like I'd been ripped off as I find it hard to believe that information about the weather changed so drastically in the hour following my purchase of the ticket.

Nothing special - This tour started off very poorly. We were all told to meet by 1230 (in writing) at the latest under the panoramic elevator at the marina, but when we got there it turns out the elevator is closed. A shop owner told us to wait closer to the water and someone will come by. Nobody came until 1245. My mom asked the guide why he's so late and he replied that he's not because the tour doesn't start until 1pm (which was never mentioned anywhere), and also he doesn't know which boat they're going to yet. When he finally lead us to the right boat, there was already a large group of people waiting, so how did they know where to go but not us? Completely disorganized. Not to mention the boat didnt even depart on time either but 10-15mins later. Once we were on the water though, it was very peaceful and relaxing, and when we got to the waterfall the boat did a slow 360 turn so that everyone on both decks could get a picture in. Tour lasted about 2 hours but overall it was just an ok experience.

Nice cruise, not exactly as advertised though - Nice cruise with good music and a nice trip to the falls for pictures. The negative is that it was supposed to be a two hour cruise and it was 1 hour and a half. There was supposed to be information spoken about the key points of the town we cruised by but not a word was mentioned.
