Good service - On arrival we were greeted and taken to separate areas ie:male/female as I had my teen son with me. Sauna/spa very good. Both services were great and the lady even put a towel under my bad knee when I explained that I had issues. Overall a great service.

Great experience - The Turkish bath was really relaxing me and my friend really enjoyed it 😊 everything was well organised and the staff were really helpful and kind.

Super relaxing! - Great hammam spa experience! Staff were very friendly and whole process was super relaxing. The spa is very luxurious. We started off in the sauna, went through to the bath area where we had a body scrub and foam body massage which was great followed by nice cup of Turkish tea and a relaxing oil massage with face mask. We also used the salt room which was a first for us all. Booking was super easy and although our hotel wasn’t listed as a pick up location I messaged on WhatsApp (I have forgotten the man’s name) but he was super helpful arranging pick up from the hotel. We were picked up just outside the hotel and taken directly to the spa. Once there we did choose to upgrade the package for a longer experience. This experience has definitely set the standards for my future spa experiences! We went back a second time and the alge body wrap was also a great experience. Definitely recommend this spa!

Great massage - This was amazing and such a bargain, it could definitely have been twice the price. The massage was amazing. The only recommendation we have is that the transport and organisation could be improved. Our transfer did not arrive and we had to message the company. We also had to ask about our return transfer following the experience before this seemed to be arranged. It would have been nice to have been given a rough itinerary for the experience but this didn't detract from how amazing the experience was once it got going. Thank you to my massause!!

Amazing experience - Booking was easy via viator. There was plenty reviews and places to go. This Spa replied straight away with the booking confirmation and the details for the collection from the hotel. The driver opened the door for us. The Spa owner greeted us himself and all treatments were explained to us, also some extra treatments if we wished to add some more. The staff was super friendly. I had program no 1. With Ali and my son had the same with Mila. It was amazing. Our skin feels like velvet.l :) We booked again.

A mixed experience. Excellent oil massage but terrible organisation of booking. - I have mixed feelings about this experience. Despite booking four days in advance the operator messaged me the afternoon before once the 24 hour cancellation period has passed and said they were changing the booked time of 2pm to 10am. It took quite a lot of drama to try and resolve the issue so we could stick to the time that we had booked for but they refused to honour the booking and also refused to refund me so I had to change my plans and attend the earlier time. The journey to the spa is about 15 minutes and the driver wasn't very friendly and seemed quite miserable. When you arrive the driver who you then realise is a member of staff at the baths who gets you checked in and tells you that the oil massage is only 20 minutes long and if you want more you have to pay an additional 25 Euros. Which I didn't go for. They then get you changed and for a few minutes you go into a Sauna that isn't hot at all. You are then rushed through to the body scrub and foam massage which is super pleasant but very rushed and it feels like you are on a production line. It feels frantic and not at all relaxing. You then have your oil massage and for me this was absolutely glorious. It was 20 minutes of sheer bliss and the masseuse was excellent. In fact all the staff in the baths are lovely and try their best to make you feel very relaxed. After the oil massage you have a face mask put on you and are given a cup of Turkish tea while the mask does it's thing and then you go and wash it off and your experience is over. We had to wait for another guest who was joining us in the car so once you finish you have to wait around for about 20 minutes, but they have wifi so you can occupy yourself while waiting. We then were driven back to the hotel which again only took 15 minutes.

Incomplete treatment - They sold incomplete package, no steam room and salt treatment as advertised. Never going back Was not happy

AVOID . SALES & ROUGH MASSAGE - I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD. PLEASE READ. This hammam was in Lara . As others have said, I was forced to accept what they offer due to lies and this results in lots of hidden bills. The massage is not pleasant and is very rough from both male & female perspective . During hammam process you will be grabbed by your neck in multiple ways which will make you feel very uncomfortable. They will do their upmost to make you spend as much as possible. Avoid if you can . Please do not ignore as we did - we have had great hammam experiences in Middle Eastern countries.
