Amazing - Perfect experience and really good value for money. I advise to pay an extra 15 USD, optional on arrival, for a longer full body massage as it is very good. The peeling and foam bath is amazing too. The staff is professional and makes you feel at home.

I want to thank you for... - I want to thank you for the services of the hammam, I really liked everything. But the service of the site is very bad! We reserved it for 12:00, but in the end we waited 1.5 hours because the website service did not warn the spa center! They sent an email with instructions to be on site at 12:00, the site staff did not warn us in advance! I do not recommend anyone to use this site! The site employees respond very rudely! and they don't fully explain it!

Great experience! - Easy transfer and WhatsApp to contact for slight delay. Really lovely service. They provide disposable underwear and slippers but would advise wearing swimming costumes. Start with a great sauna. Steam room was okay and they had a salt room. Brilliant scrub and foam wash - massages throughout. Then a lovely oil massage although we wish it was longer - it was amazing! Finished off with a mud mask and tea in the relaxation room. Would return!

Good experience - The place is amazing and beautiful. Very clean and the lady that attended to me was very nice professional and. The lady that attended to my husband didn't speak much English but i guess she still did her job. While we were getting our massage, a man came in to sell my husband a sports massage. I knew this was going to happen as i read this in other reviews however, after my husband said no the man didn't push further and just left so it wasn't that bad. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely visit again

Pleasant moment - Very clean bath. Pleasant staff. Be careful, however, this is not a Turkish bath exclusively for women. It may be a man who gives you the massage, remember to specify beforehand if you do not want it to be a man.

Great spa but painful communication and logistics - In short everything inside spa from the moment we got downstairs until we got back up to reception was perfect and 5 stars. But hotel pick-up and communication before was extremely bad and can't give more than 1 star. That's why total experience is 3. Longer story. We booked spa experience for our anniversary at 12:00 but evening before I saw message that we will be picked up from McDonalds at 10:00. I got no reply to my question or any info about time change so we went to meeting spot earlier just in case. Waited there for half an hour but nobody showed up. Once we got back to hotel I explained our situation and asked if there was a mistake in their message and we should be at the meeting spot at 12:00 or will they give our money back and then got reply fast that our pick up was at 10:00. Only after starting complain in viator support chat I finally got honest reply that their driver can't come to pick us up and offer to come by taxi if we wanted. They did pay for our taxi but there was no show of regret, real appologie or any extra effort to make up for the mess they greated. Spa experience itself once we got changed was really great, relaxing and friendly. So we were even thinking about going again but I would not count on decent pick up from the hotel. After we had to wait 20-30min in reception bfore driver arrived to get us back to old town. So in the end supposed 2h spa experience took about 5h from our vacation so we could enjoy 1h of spa.

Ripped off by crooks for over 200 Euros - Absolutely shockingly treated at the Spa. Paid for a oil massage and pick up, we agreed to have the fish foot treatment and nothing else. Me and my wife are both neurodiverse and only just getting to travel on our own without a support network and we were ripped off and forced to pay over 200 euros extra under intimidation. It ruined the whole break for us and we didn't leave the hotel again as we didnt want to risk losing any more money we didnt have. When I complained to the company we booked with they didnt care and did nothing to help. I advise you avoid these completely unless you want to pay for stuff you didnt ask for .
