Sal Experiences and Eddy, sure hit! - We hired the 1 day tour (private tour) with Sal Experiences and everything went very well, punctual, attentive, explained many things about Cape Verde and its culture as well as commenting on the tourist attractions we were visiting. Our Guide Eddy is a great Pro and is a lot of fun that makes everything very easy for the tourist, 10. To repeat.

Great day trip with Paolo - We had a day tour where we were guided by Paolo. A very patient and attentive guide. He told a lot about the island, this was very informative. The pickup truck was clean and maintained, it took us neatly and safely everywhere. I would definitely recommend this day tour. Thanks again for a nice day Paolo!

Amazing day tour through and through. - All what is said and more, thanks to our fantastic, skilled and service minded driver and guide. Beaches, desserts, mountains. Close up wading with sharks and floating in salty water. For me! Once in a lifetime experience!

Fabulous day and great value for money! - OMG. I had an amazing day. Our host Diaz was wonderful. He is a brilliant driver so you feel safe with him. He took care of everyone on the trip and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed the day. We crammed a lot in one day including snorkelling, the blue eye, the mirage , salt mines, baby sharks and a lovely lunch. I was a solo traveler and all others were couples, but I was made to feel welcome and involved. I would highly recommend this trip but make sure you book in advance in case it gets booked up quickly.

Best way to see the island, just wear a hat and carry your own water. - I booked with one of dozens of the companies that do island tours. I was picked up from my hotel just after breakfast. I took my place in the back of a pick up truck and away we went. The tour was comprised of a convoy of 3 pick up trucks so there was plenty of opportunity to meet fellow tourists at the various stops. I thoroughly enjoyed the day. Highlight being the Lemon Sharks and floating in the Salinas and seeing the Blue Eye. We also went to see the mirage and had lunch in the fishing village of Palmeira. That being said, I swallowed about a kilogram of dust and was burnt to a crisp. If you are going to sit in the back of a pick up, make sure you are covered up. Wear a hat with a wide brim & secure it on your head at ALL times. Apply a high SPF sun screen and cover your arms and legs if possible. I used my beach towel. Another thing to note is that not all tour companies include entry fees to the different attractions. Carry enough money. You will need. ●€3 for crocs at Shark Bay. ●€3 for entry into the Salinas ●€1 for the shower after your swim ●€6 entry to see the Blue Eye ●€12-€15 for lunch This is on top of the tour price and brings the whole day to about €50 to €60. In addition be warned that the roads are dreadful. The way to see the Mirage takes you through the really dodgy and poor end of Espagos. Did I say dust? If you are prepared you will be fine.

What better way to see Sal. - The lemon sharks swimming round our legs. The salines, and we actually saw 3 turtles. The guide Hams ( Hamilton) was brilliant. He ready made our day. His personality and knowledge made it most memorable.

Great adventure to visit the island of Sa! - A great day adventure visiting tourist attractions sitting behind a Toyota pick-up driving in the wind and on bumpy dirt roads. It was part of the experience and we enjoyed it. We were a small group well accompanied by guide Esmael from the Spot travel tour company. I recommend it. Otherwise there are also tours in mini vans.

Excursion to do - Very nice day with a very nice guide called Easmael. Where we see the good and bad side of life on the island of Sal. The only problem and a shame excursion sold around the island in 4X4 and without warning us we found ourselves in a Mini bus. That ruins the day a bit. So we should think about communicating with the client because being faced with a fait accompli is not great. On the part of the company's managers, this does not make for good publicity. Despite this, the guide remained professional because he had nothing to do with it Otherwise, a very attentive guide who answered our questions. Otherwise everything else corresponded to the announcement on the site.
