Didn't see dolphins 😕... - Didn't see dolphins 😕 but it was nice and Beautiful would do it again. The staff was really nice and it was all a great trip.

Sunset - Just being out during sunset was nice. No dolphins but that's OK. Spending time with my love is all I need.

Just a boat ride - This really just a mass boat ride out to the ocean. The seating was poor and uncomfortable. I suspect there's a reasonably good view of the ocean if you get one of the seats on top of the boat, but if you get stuck on the side, you don't see much. You cannot bring snacks or drinks with you and there's almost nothing "for purchase" on the boat. The sea life they keep on board to show looks poorly tended to. As to the dolphins, we might have seen one or two but we were on the wrong side of the boat. Also, the voucher pickup is a sham to try to get you to go to a time-share gathering for another hotel.

Dolphin cruise - Did not see any dolphins or any sea life, for that matte, which is disappointing on a “guaranteed to see dolphins” cruise. Hard to hear the person speaking on the microphone. Only saw birds diving into the water. Sunset was great. For some good photos. Boat only took us out a little ways into the ocean past the no wake, idled a little bit then turned around. I do not feel like I got a good deal because I could have saved quite a bit of money booking in person or by calling instead of booking online.

Disappointed - No dolphins 😕 paid to see dolphins, very disappointing family in from Tennessee for vacation, and this was to be the final night for them, we are all so disappointed

No marine life found - Little disappointed didn't see any dolphins or any marine life 😞 at no fault of the staff, we also had people who were rude and pushed their way in front of us and took over and was screaming while the boat was in choppy water. All around disappointed not worth the money.

Try another time - Didn’t get to experience it due to inclement weather. Requested a refund, just waiting on that and will plan to try it again another date.

Barely saw a dolphin. No... - Barely saw a dolphin. No soap or towels in the bathroom after staff had children touch fish. Better to rent a pontoon and see them.

No dolphins. Waste of your $$ - There was never an attempt to see dolphins. The boat was just speeding along. We didn't even slow down to view the sunset. It was just an hour long boat ride. They should just call it what it is and take out the word "guaranteed" from the advertising

Not going to see dolphins - The ad said “ guaranteed dolphin sighting “ we saw nothing but water and waves. At least the sunset was nice that evening. I did like having to go physically to pick up a paper voucher for this. I was correct when they tried to sell me on a timeshare trap.
