Sunset cruise - It's was a beautiful day to watch the sunset but we didn't see any dolphins. But we still had a fun time

Relaxing Sunset Cruise - A relaxing out and back sunset cruise. A guy walked around with a large crab and jellyfish you can hold which my boys were so excited to do. They also helped the crew pull the crab trap out of the water. We didn't see dolphins but didn't expect to as we usually see them from our condo every year except this year. But it was still an enjoyable cruise. There is an option to purchase the photo they take of you and it was only $20 and was wood mounted which was totally worth it. The crew was fabulous and highly recommend this cruise.

Beautiful Sunset over Huntington Beach - There was a lot to like about the cruise. The boat was excellent. The crew was fun and engaging. The sunset was magnificent as promised. The only downers were that it took quite a while to get out of the inlet, so there was not much time on the ocean, and we saw no dolphins. The conditions were very choppy, so that may have been a factor. Overall good experience.

Disappointing - According to the description a dolphin sighting was "guaranteed". No marine life was spotted and night was overcast and drizzly, so no sunset either. Shame on me that I didn't read the fine print that if no sighting, the tour provider would get me on another boat on a different day and time. We had a disabled Vet with us and his first time on vacation since Vietnam and this did not provide a good experience.

Disappointed. Did not see any dolphins - Very disappointed that we didn't see any dolphins. They shouldn't call it a dolphin cruise. All it was was a boat ride. What annoyed me is that the advertisement said guaranteed to see dolphins. There was never even a mention of dolphins. I told the people at the pictures that I wanted a refund. They said I needed to call Vacationsmadeeasy and they could rebook me. I told her that I was not from around there and she said there was nothing she could do that she only handled pictures. My recommendation is to skip this one.

Not worth the money - The cruise itself was great. However, the actual company providing the cruise does not guarantee that you will see dolphins. Viator is the company that guarantees it. We did not see any dolphins on our cruise and the only thing they do for their “guarantee” is book another cruise within 7 days even if you don’t live in the area. Would highly recommend if you are going to book the cruise booking directly through the company and not a third party as the tickets are also cheaper…
