• Nizwa Fort Oman - Following the visit to Nizwa Souq, the next stop is Nizwa Fort, a large castle in Nizwa, Oman, built in the seventeenth century. It is a popular tourist destination. The journey begins in Muscat, heading to Nizwa, the old capital of Oman, to visit the famous Nizwa Fortress. Today, the fort serves as a museum showcasing the history of the fort and the surrounding area. Walking through the fortress offers amazing views of the ancient town and the nearby mountains. This impressive fortress was a military base used to withstand the toughest attacks and sieges.
• Birkat Al Mouz - Afterward, the journey continues to the foot of Jebel Akhdar, to an old village called Birkat Al Mauz, followed by a visit to the Irrigation System of Al Kattmyn, one of the five irrigation systems recognized by UNESCO as heritage.
• Jebel Akhdar - From there, the journey ascends to Jebel Akhdar, also known as the Green Mountain, which is home to many fruit plantations and rose gardens.
