Dolphins, including spinner, bottlenose, and common species, frequent the Oman coast from Musandam to Salalah, with Muscat being a common spotting location. Other marine wildlife such as Whale Sharks (typically seen from May to October), false killer Whales, and the occasional Humpback Whale can also be observed. We strive to provide responsible wildlife encounters to safeguard our Dolphins and other local natural and human resources.

The coastline of Oman, with its numerous rocky outcrops and valleys, is often referred to as the “Omani Fjords”. These Fjords are home to many peaceful, naturally sheltered areas ideal for activities such as swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and SUP boarding. We’ve selected a snorkeling location for this experience that’s shallow, teeming with vibrant corals, and inhabited by green and hawksbill turtles throughout the year.
Don’t forget to bring along your sun protection items, and we recommend you opt for coral-friendly alternatives to assist in conserving our corals.
